Have just bought ASC at 3437, T line didn't seem keen but I said "go on, lets live a little" so T line gave in and here I am living on the edge.

R and m: Sorry, I have done it again, my previous comment was aimed at R. I blame the quite rude looking womens underwear sidebar ads that are disturbing my balance.

T: Agree with what you said, it is a disgrace, they get paid for nowt. AArrggh. There was an article in Saturday Times about the chief of EY, I was so angry that I didn't read it.

m: If you are watching PLUS and CCL then I can have a cup of tea? Trouble is I am watching six others as well, especially ASC. Bought PLUS earlier at 1335/6 and sold ASC at 3516, looking to buy back

O: last year I held most of the builders (still got WJG), some of them at the same time and it always struck me that TW. was the least volatile. Maybe it is because it is the biggest? Or maybe, and this is more likely, I was just getting my timing wrong.

T: sorry, one tranche of CCL that is.

T: Actually, I only sold one tranche this morning, still have one left to hopefully ride the next wave.

m: Yes you have the rtight guy, he composed all the spaghetti western films plus lots more. I blew my speakers in France playing his music too loud. (Nearest neighbour 0.5 Km). I was playing for a Fistful of Dollars. Replaced them with a pair of door speakers from a scrapped vauxhall vectra as a temporary measure, they work so well I have kept them.

Just got lucky, sold PLUS for 1345 for my daily 1%
Bought back into ASC at 3460, a little high but FTSE is very positive so hope to make an extra turn on ASC today.

Finally sold ASC at 3530, sold some CCL at 1036 but not sure I should have

O: Ha, you have been busy with some physical labour. It must be good for the mind too. I have had a bit of a panic these last few days as I had to uncover house roof where my new studio build joins it. It suddenly got very complcated, lots of rot to be replaced, a bees nest that got aggresive, then on top of all that rain and wind which made working up a ladder somewhat fraught. It had to be done though. Makes market trading seem like a doddle. (I know it isn't thought)

A new week just waiting to yield some profits. FTSE up 1.54% looks helpful as does the new support package for the arts. Hoping it help the likes of CINE. Good luck all.

25 trades this week (2 today)

Had trouble again today with some graphs on IG, VERY misleading and is affecting the phone app as well as the webpages. Also, my position is not updated when I buy shares, I have to exit then reload to get the true picture. I am getting fed up with reporting these things, they obviously do nothing about it!

O: I watched ANP today, had an alert if they got down to 345p but no luck. Probably too optimistic. I see they had only 11 trades today again.

T: I still have ASC and no, I haven't been trading them, and yes, I know I should be. I am not sure why I dont especially as they are non-stampy. Have "only" achieved 150% of my target for the week but that is much better than the last two weeks where I seem to have lost my way. Interesting that today we both bought CCL at the same time/price. Your illustrated explanation of your system at 12:52 today was especially aposite and very difficult to argue against.

P: You go right ahead and talk "off topic" we all do it and nobody has complained yet, I don't think there is even a mention of it in standing orders.

V: I think I have mentioned this before but I am shocked that you are not using live charts. Actually, you can have a four day pass for doing as well as you are without them. I could not work without live charts. I believe you can get them free of charge from several sources, you may have to register though. A free trial account with IG for example.

L: Haven't heard from you in a while, rest assured we appreciate your contributions and I am still trying to refine my T line skills. I am a believer or a sort of contrarian guessworker, whatever that might mean.

m: I am in the South West, on Dartmoor in fact. I am a proper northerner...not like my partner who claims to be northern but hails from Coventry. Other towns in the midlands are available.

Haven't opened any Rioja tonight, feeling a bit under the weather. I think a good night's sleep is all I need. Have a good weekend all and don't enjoy yourselves too much tomorrow!
