Just tried to sell ASC at 3520, dithered and missed it, it'll come back though. Perhaps I will set a limit sale.

T: Wouldn't read too much into Norweigian raising funds to "end of year". If anything, I would say that means they expect to be going again Oct/Nov with a little bit of margin?

ASC on quite a rising trend now, can see it going positive today which would be 3486ish, I could be selling mine if it reaches 3500

Your share portfolio of interest seems to mirror mine. IAG, ASC and PLUS are of course non stampy as I keep reminding everyone (excuse me). 15 min T line is still saying no to PLUS but the 10 min chart is starting to like them. I am not convinced though. Your price on MCRO is about the same as mine (313p).

I can say it sort of depends on other events, of course, especially my plan to return to France within a month of now so there, I guess I have set myself a deadline.

Had to renew my Corsa insurance the other day, it had gone up from £96 to £122. Blimey I thought so I did the "Go compare" thing and many companies were offering the same cover insurance below £100 but when I tried to accept, the price was £126 and up....something to do with insurance premium tax I think. Anyhow, went back to my existing company, M&S, to register my dismay at the price hike and, although the couldn't reduce the premium, they offered me two £25 M&S gift vouchers. Well, £50 being more than I had made on the market that day was a welcome offer, so I thought it churlish not to accept. It seems proportionately a large offer but I guess they make it to all their complainees who perhaps have a premium in the hundreds of pounds. So in summary, what with cutting my own secondhand glass, skip diving, reusing materials and now £50 voucher, who needs thousands of pounds profit on the market this week? Well, me actually.

T: The studio is not finished. It is waterproof but the detailing is taking for ever. Not going on shopping trip today, OH is flying solo as we don't need much shopping....I would argue we don't need any but that is a moot point.

V: MCRO is dulling around down there because we both have shares!! Price is now back to what I paid yesterday. I could have taken a little profit on them but got greedy. Still, they are at a low price and one is tempted to think the only way is up. Remember Ts observation about them being "taken" down to 300ish then they shoot up again...if that's the case we are well positioned. FEVR are about 12% above what I sold for exactly a month ago. I can't read them at the moment, heck, I can't read anything at the moment. Glad I haven't given up my day job....picked up an enormous amount of good wood from a skip yesterday, I am now continuing to remove the nails etc. Will probably store it for 10 years and never use it. I suppose I could start thinking about another shed build?

m: Good morning. I looked at buying PLUS this morning and can't see the bottom of their down slide at the moment.
Bought some ASC at 3422, did me well yesterday for a 2.5% profit so I thought I would have another go.

T: yes, as I said earlier, I sold my ASC early this morning. Bought back in at 3440 and they continued a lot lower, but they have come back and I just sold at 3540, that's a total of about 5% profit today on them. Could have done better.

V: Thanks, I could sell MCRO for a 3% profit today but think they have further to go (up).

Oh wait, nearly forgot, I bought MCRO at 313 so maybe, just maybe.............

Not happy, misread everything today, sold CCL and OCDO way too soon and re-entered ASC too soon. Doh.
No, not making profits....you know that expression "stop loss" well I have invented "stop profit".

m: will inform when I think OCDO is ready again but you would be well advised to ignore me. On PLUS, I have a couple of tranches bought too high that I am waiting for.

O: RNS Trading Update out on AFX this morning, Revenue up 16%, "well capitalised and debt free" with £37m of "own free cash on the balance sheet" simply love that.

O: Whoops, spoke too soon, AFX up 7.5%

Sold ASC and CCL at 976

O: On AFX, I often see a nice few percent rise before the open, today it is up 6.5% I think, but this seldom seems to translate into the share price once the market is open. Indeed, it usually drops. I am getting bored with AFX, I want my money back! When will I get a chance to get out please. Sorry, no pressure. Ha.

T: Yes but slightly concerned that CCL in US were not down by as much as their sector "mates" RCL and NCLH. Also, didn;t I read that CCL are having to raise another billion for float money? Pun unintentional.

Don't really know why I did it but bought back into CCL at 944 just before the close. Think I must be on auto pilot.
