Well I was caught in the headlights on CCL first thing, watched it, did nothing, didn't even try to sell. Pleased about BOO recovery though.

V: Yes, GGP are the only bright spot in my portfolio today. Had an alert set at 12.25. I am still a long term holder. Just checked and IG tell me that my average price is 7.98. It is my biggest holding in shares in my IG ISA by a factor of 4. I have done some trading with them but haven't for several weeks.

Thanks o and V for the ads comments. It's getting so I would actually miss them now they have me so targetted. I'm getting ads for cycling shorts (well, I think that's what they are??) black, velcro I guess with built in bright red gel pouches to, ah, protect one's delicate parts. No idea why, perhaps it is a result of my googling baboon mating habits?

Done my first daily PLUS sale on limit sell at 1385.5 but only for 1% but thats 250% odd annulised. I know, small potatas.

V: It is a fixed window in wooden gable end wall that I put in when I added a second story to my garage 30 years ago. On balance I think I will top hinge it, it's a tall thin window of a non standard size.

Nearly just sold PLUS but I am feeling greedy so hanging on for a bit more.

FTSE down a bit already doesn't bode well. Also it's raining which slows down my building work. I want to change a fixed window to an openable window today, not sure exactly how I will do that yet but have one or two ideas.

O: Absolutely beautiful timing on TCM, well done. BOO? Oops, I have a few so looks like I am stuck in there. Funny, feels like history repeating itself, this is how I first got into ASC....by buying in on a great fall that still had some way to go. Managed 3 profitable trades on PLUS today, I managed 4 on one day last week...note to self: don't try to beat this record just for the sake of it. Interesting that early this morning I was considering buying either MRW (why Oh why am I drawn to them) or MCRO. I chose MCRO. I chose poorly (in the words of the guardian of the grail in that Indiana Jones movie).

O: Just noticed TCM +3.4% and ATX +0.7%

Just squeezed another 1.1% out of PLUS, bought 20mins ago, just sold at 1383.
Have also bought some BOO for the excitement!

A: You are entitled to whinge, it is getting to all of us. Maybe if I had some confidence in the government it would be easier to accept but no hope there. I wonder if it actualky could have been handled any worse. Dad's army seems to cover it but maybe that insults the originals.

T: Yes, size of MCRO drop was greater than I expected. I think I bought a little too early.

V: Are you watching MCRO? I know it is one of your selection.

Isn't it about time for the BOO bounce?

R: Thanks but really should have sold at 1400+ and 1435 not the 1359 and 1420 that I did sell at. I was much too eager. Yesterdays MCRO prices sound too much compared with prices today but surely they can't go lower but it is testing 400.
Oooo err.

Some bargains out there to be had, probably something to be made on BOO? But I settled on buying MCRO at 411

T: Thanks for info but didn't see your post until I had sold, so I sold too cheaply but a profit is a profit.

Sold PLUS for 1359 for my daily 1.8%
