ARGO Blockchain stateside is showing +44% pre open but bare in mind US markets were closed yesterday so that have to catch up with yesterdays movements.

T....Ha, you caught me just looking at sundays Swazers chart for AVCT!!! Yes looked at the GGP chart a while back but I have to admit my love affair with charts is going a bit cold. The ema8 system did actually help me achieve higher sell prices but I think generally, Swazers level of charting can be made to prove anything is coming. Looking at the charts and trends does focus the mind though and I feel that that alone is it's benefit.

T...yes, ARB is certainly a different share, it is benefitting from a perfect storm of good news, one of which is, of course, the BTC price. This is the main thing that scares me about them short term, but continual acceptance of BTC will have a cascade effect and other institutions that were previously reluctant will be hit by FOMO. I've said this before but it sounds just like a ponsi scheme to me sometimes.
Passed my target at 10:10 yesterday, currently at 186% but the value of my portfolio iss down! due to GGP mainly.

Bought ARB for 199p at the bell, seemed ridiculasly expensive but this is crypto territory something akin to an alien planet. Glad I bought, IG is offering me 10% profit. Sold a third of my AVCT at 194.3p, good price 11% profit but it took 6 months exactly to get here, whereas the ARB (potential) profit has taken 47 minutes. Ho hum.

ooops, my target for selling some NCYT is above 800 not 900...wishfull thinking there.

Promising RNS out on AVCT so I am hopeful for a bit of a windfall there. Also hoping to sell some of my NCYT "traders" if it gets above 900.

C...My spreadsheet keeps track of actual batch costs too. The averaging used on IG I use as a guide only when one batch, i.e. true cost. IG charts show your cost on the actual chart so it can be useful.

Also some account problems with ii. After a 15min phone call (plus 25 waiting for a human to answer), seem to have resolved the log in problem I was having due to no phone signal to receive authentication code.
Also, I am shunting stock from normal account into an ISA trading account, sold IAG at 160.2p (4.4% profit) in ii normal account and hope to buy them back cheaper in an IG ISA account tomorrow. Must use this years ISA allowance.
Got a severe headache now. Hope everyone trading into profits like heros today...medals might be struck at tax year end!!

V...yes, I have been tricked like that with the way they compute book cost. HL are happy for you to sell breaking even as the get the churn fee. I am watching PLUS like a hawk who is invested in them.

T...managed to get my £1/share gain on second foray into ASC today, sold at 5456. Got lots of stock showing healthy profit but reluctant to sell everything if this is the start of an uptrend (some hope).

O...nice job on SAGA, wish I had tried that.

A lot of my shares making gains. Probably HUR is my biggest winner but I am holding on for more. Tempted to sell PFC although there too I think there is much more to come. Sold some CINE for +51%. Bought back into ASC at 5354 and stupidly didn't sell at 5430, being greedy again by trying for £1 a share. Ho hum. Weather much better here, think I will go for a walk to clear my head.

I am "only" at 74% of target, not trying to achieve it today (tuesday is historically my best day).It may well happen today as NCYT are moving into my sell territory and I have some IAG looking hot.

Well I was patting myself on the back at 7 am seeing that BTC was down somewhat thinking that ARB would drop today, having sold out on friday. Oh la la, did I get that wrong!
Have sold some SNG at 195 for a 49% profit but only sold a few.

V....a lot of excitement on SNG board yesterday and today RNS out, dosing has started in the US. Could well push us up above 200p again. Fingers crossed.

C...Thanks for your comments, all very sound suggestions. If it makes you feel better about the price you paid for BT, I paid over £3 which was just after the Italian irregularities.
