m...good trade, selling ARB at 269, you were patient and rewarded. Well done also on the PFC in and out, a profit is a profit.

O...I can't always claim to be calm, I'm thinking a having a swear box next to my laptop, it might be a better earner than some of my shares. Which reminds me that I am trying to get my head into a space where I can sell my BT shares but the booked loss would be a heck of a blow to my profit history. I need some creative accounting. Denial can be a terrible thing.

T...BTC going up really well, too quickly really, so getting a little bit of sellers remorse over selling a third of my ARB. However, I felt under a little pressure as I had bought them on extended settlement so was very pleased to close them at a nice profit, still got 2 tranches. Ha, last week I passed my target at 08:12 on the monday (thank you ARB). Today I am already at 78% of target....
Can't believe it's already March.

C...I would be frightened to reveal to myself how badly my portfolio is doing this year....I would probably have to renew my Dignitas subscription that I took out during the CLLN debacle! LOL.
I know, I know, I should increase the target really.

sold IAG bought friday at 191 for +5%, sold some ARB bought fiday at 235 for +8.7%
Worrying about Budget effects on the likes of ASC and BOO so sold friday's ASC, too cheap, but a profit.
Thinking of taking profit on TUI as well

Well, I had a spare 30 mins before preparing a meal and thought I would catch up on some chat boards. Oh no, I find I am a holder of all of the top boards listed (those with most posts today). I must be doing something wrong...I'm running with the herd and I always considered myself a failing contrarian.
Nice weather here today so I reverted to type and got the chainsaw out again...aahhh, happy days.

If anyone is still interested, I made 313% of my weekly target, sounds good? yup, till I tell you that my portfolio value reduced by 3.8% aaarrrHHH. That is now about -25% !! reduction this year. Ha.

I am making fish chips and mushys this evening, baked fish, sauteed potatos and reduced, smashed up processed peas.
A sommelier error means that wine will be Cabernet Sauvignon. Red with fish? I know, but it is my birthday.

V...thanks for greetings. Yes, PLUS are beginning to annoy me to, I want to be back on their gravy train. I feel they are undervalued so I am keeping faith with them for a while longer. Have 3 tranches of them, the cheapest owes me just over 1400p (1405? maybe) which I will sell at breakeven knowing the divi will show me a nett profit.

OH discovered a YouTube video at Christmas about making baskets out of green bramble stems. She has been making lots of them and she gave me one for my birthday full of different currencies (francs, euros, yen, dollars, peso, etc) and labelled as "A basket of currencies".....nice, just what I need, more money! :)

T...didn't ask as I think I knew your plan with ARB from your earlier postings. Yes, can imagine in a few months they will be a lot higher but think I can make some more profit in the meantime by trading a third, i.e. a tranche having bought my third tranche this morning. Maybe even trade 2 tranches. Certainly feeling that I "don't want to be out of ARB overnight/overweekend".
Yes, have CBX on my watchlist and interested in buying but maybe I am too late.

T...yes, thanks. I keep an eye on the ARB board too. Just had an offer to sell ARB at 253p (6.5% profit), VERY tempted but still holding as BTC recovery continues and I continue to live dangerously. Reminds me of the poem...
