Why do you expect a monthly RNS to confirm that an agreed payment has been made? Now if they missed a payment, then I'd expect an RNS.

I think that with weather delays and the second drill extension on Colter the drilling program will have gone well over budget, so a placement seems very likely.

It has been said that the AG is not an oil man so may not understand the ramifications of his comment, he has however been at The Bar in both Nassau and London for over 30 years and therefore understands very well the principal of "no comment" on current matters only making a statement when it is pre-agreed by all parties concerned; therefore either he was speaking with the authority of the BoD, or he was way out of line, and knows it.

I was at an event over the weekend at which one of the speakers was a South African Geologist with a particular interest in copper, after he had spoken I got a couple of minutes with him and asked what he knew about Mowana the answer was quite a lot. After offering great sympathy he said that Mowana has never and will never operate at a profit, every operator has either run away or gone skint. He was asked to put the slide rule over it in 2008 as a result he had seen all the reports, surveys etc and had his boots in the dust in site, he said sadly CRA was going to fail from day one and those involved either knew it, or should have known it. There is copper ore there, but not in a way which can be economically extracted.

I can't agree with your views here itsriskythat. I think the length of time of the drill gives no indication since it takes as long as it takes, other than that it hasn't been abandoned as a waste if time. However every that the Carrick makes back to Peterhead I take as a positive, since if the drilling was producing clean sand they could legitimately put it over the side, however if the rig us producing material laced with hydrocarbon deposits firstly they need sampling and testing but secondly they are contaminated waste and must be returned ashore for eventual disposal. Carrick is now making I think it's sixth trip, I view this as positive.

FS Carrick has just left Ensco 72 for Peterhead again. Proves nothing, but must be a positive indication for the presence of Hydrocarbons.

I don't think you need have any concerns Sundayroast about Mowana getting into production within the next few months, as you say too much work done and too much to be gained for this not to happen. The question is who will it belong to when it does, I hope it's still we shareholders, I really do, but I am concerned. There is nothing which we can do for now other than trust in the BoD to look after our interests.

10/10 for your optimism mushty, I fear you missed out the important phrase about taking insolvency advice. My guess is that the outcome will be something along the lines of a prepack, meaning that we the poor ordinary share holders along with many trade creditors will get a few coppers (pardon the pun) in the pound of face value or more likely nothing whilst the revitalised, delisted, debt free company goes on it's merry way digging ore and making it's new owners very rich. But I may be very wrong, hopefully. Sadly this is AIM at the moment it's smarting, then sometime in the future one will come good and all is forgiven.
