IAX is on the list of designated recognised stock exchanges held by HMRC. IAX shares can be held in ISA and SIPP wrappers. Look it up. HL hold All their shares in a nominee account. It will be up to them to hold the new shares for you if we do move to AIX.

HL also use the NEX alternative platform for trading some smaller companies. I reckon they could easily set up a secondary trading account for an AIX share on there.

It's a good sign that there are so many scaremongers here wanting to buy in as low as possible. They have no other reason for posting IMO.

I can see that PIs don't often got at AGMs. However, in the case of splits, or return of cash etc, HL act as a proxy for votes and will collect the votes online. After all, all of my shares and others are held in a nomination account under HL. So it may seem like an ii is voting (in my case HL), but in reality it will be the collective result of the PI wishes.

That was an interesting day! After seeing the results and the presentation did not expect to be able to buy back cheaper. So topped up at £3.20 thinking what a bargain. By the time if my final purchase at £2.09 I was exhausted. Who sold at under £2????

AIX is a recognised exchange for ISA investments since 2019 according to the gov.uk website. That said, any move of exchange will need shareholder approval.

Also topped up today under £1. Interim dividend was covered 7.68 times, so as well as a yield of over 5% we are getting loads of cash to grow the company. NAV has over doubled in the past 5 years and yet the share price is slightly lower than Jan 2018. Must be a takeover target from one of the huge RSA miners for assets alone.

...an opportunity! Topped up today with some dividend cash from elsewhere. Decided that anything under 1p is a steal, so while it stays this low I'm dribbling my other divis into here. As soon as we get funding lift off I can't see this being anywhere as low as this. Interesting times ahead.

I can see a possible 1p today, and 2p when the deal is done. Just my opinion fwiw!

Very tempted. My average is low so happy with a nice yield. However, my only concern is if it will drop by more than the divi in the next year. Guess it will rise up as the divis rise long term as they have a great record of a progressive divi. Tough call right now, as people may switch back to growth shares if the environment keeps improving.

I like the way that he has bought in over the past year, from an initial purchase at around £6, all the way down to £3.06. This is his own cash of over £700k. He obviously thought in December 2021 that £5.99 was a good price. It will take some time to gain the synergies of the SDL purchase, but it's starting to show in the results. It was a bold move, and long term I see great rewards here. What a great buy in price for new investors as well IMO. DyOR please!

Yep agreed if we get IO10 on contract in the next month we could be through 30p well before Easter.

Just saw that on Tuesday Deutsche Bank raised Aviva price target to 540 (485) pence - 'buy'

They obviously don't believe the Morgan Stanley BS. The shorts have reduced another 0.18% in the last week, sucking up the shares of those who got spooked by that bonkers valuation. What a scam!
