Since moving name from SLI we have lost all RNS data here. Its all on the stock exchange. This site struggles with syncing RNS data. Another of my shares PAF also has no RNS feed.

New RNS today. Good disposal and a couple new tenants reported. Drop in NAV of around 5%, which is why we've dropped IMO. In line with MSCI so all REITs have suffered. Drop far too harsh IMO and has almost factored in a meltdown of NAV. Can't see that happening as there is such a huge gap between NAV and MCAP.

Pan African is pleased to inform shareholders that the Company has closed the transaction to acquire the total share capital and claims of Mogale Gold Proprietary Limited (Mogale Gold) and Mintails SA Soweto Cluster Proprietary Limited (MSC), (collectively, the Sale Transaction). Both Mogale Gold and MSC are 100% owned by Mintails Mining SA Proprietary Limited (Mintails SA), which was placed in provisional liquidation during 2018.

The Sale Transaction aggregate cash consideration of ZAR50.0 million (approximately US$2.8 million at an exchange rate of US$/ZAR:18.00) was settled on closing.

The details of the Sale Transaction, Mineral Resources potential and strategic rationale for the acquisition were outlined in the Company’s announcement of 6 November 2020.

Pan African completed a definitive feasibility study (DFS) on the Mogale Gold tailings storage facilities (TSFs) (the Project) and announced the results of this study on 30 June 2022 (the Study). The Study demonstrated compelling economics and the potential to significantly increase Group gold production (an increase in excess of 25% compared to current Group annual production) over an initial life of mine (LOM) of 13 years.  Re-mining of the MSC TSFs has the potential to add further production upside and extend the LOM to 21 years.

You're in the minority with that thought Jed. Germany just announced €200b support package for energy. That is where we need to spend. She's also pro oil, gas, fossil fuels. Madness. Sadly have to agree Eccles. I really like the presentations Tom gives, he is enthusiastic and always upbeat. The BoD take risks, and most don't pay off. Maybe he's getting more wary of making any changes? It's outrageous we sit at 23p when iodine is $70 a kg. Or perhaps that is only for small volumes? If you had told me 5 years ago that when Iodine hit $70 we'd be producing less and less each year I would or have believed you. Holding, but it's reduced in the last 2 months. To be honest it seems I shouldn't have reduced. We'll see.

IO9 has been expected to be "operational in 6 months" for ages. How long can contract negotiations take? Nice to see the rise today though, and I'd like to believe you, and management. Seems a share for those with close company contacts who can get some inside information. Or for those who have time to pray a lot.

Reckon it could keep falling until one of the big shareholders steps in and mops up. How far they let it fall is anyone's guess. Holding and waiting seems the only option, but its certainly depressing. I guess this share has held up well compared to others recently and this could just be a correction.

I wouldn't call it appalling, but must say I was expecting slightly better. The most upsetting item was the fact that IO9 is still in "final contract negotiations". That is ridiculous IMO.

It just feels like everything that is being sold now is being soaked up. I've been accumulating under 0.6p, but it seems like that is no longer possible. I have a good holding now, average still just above here though!

It's worrying because
1. No dividends for a while, could be ages
2. Debt increasing to a worrying level even without divi
3. It seems the split of Kaz assets may be blocked until they sort the frozen shares. That is the most worrying.
That said it must still be bargain price here as long as they can sort the issues

It's a worrying update and we need the war to finish. My holding is 84% down, so I see little point in selling. Have to hope for a miracle.

The issue is fixed costs are rising and production is falling. That is why we need more plants and diversification into chemicals. It's down progress but profit won't skyrocket until we fix production IMO. That said my own assessment is a value well above here, but there are risks to assess. DyOR, I'm invested, but have sliced off some profit. That normally means we go up!
