Not saying its a bad deal, but, I dont know whats in the place we have the "option" to buy, if we make the payment. If I remember correctly this option is already owned by Peter and Pavel, I wonder how much they paid to acquire it ???

Where are you getting the remaining 6m from ???

KRSS My understanding is, its an option. They have 730 days to do it, so would suggest they have not done it yet.

Subject to payment of the Option Price, the exercise period for the Option is 730 days from 22 May 2019.

I dont really want to go there Lawrence13, but we have a lot of people coming from Europe into our country either not working ( and using facilities like the NHS and getting money from our government to live here, and others taking jobs from UK PEOPLE. I have said for a long time I have no problem whatsoever in qualified people like doctors nurses etc coming to this company, but people with no money, no prospects, and no aims taking jobs that could be done by UK people is crazy. Anyway thats the lot for me about this subject as this is a POG board, So sorry for replying.

Yes Siemans is German, and has swallowed a number of large quality UK companies. There is a Large Siemans next to where I live ( which took over Parsons ) and a large workplace next to where I live. I spoke to a couple of employees on Friday, they said they had no concerns about Brexit, and had been advised my management that it was " business as usual ".

By the way, I voted remain, only because I live in the North East of England and work and live next to people who work in Nissan. Then the people of the nearest largest town "Sunderland " voted to leave.

I am sick and tired of brexit. The country voted to leave. So we should LEAVE, no more referendums no second chances, we have had the vote. If they dont stick to it, in future whenever there is a referendum, and we dont like it we should ask for another one. Ridiculous. !!!!! My views only.

PEOPLE CANT GET STAFF, THERE ARE MILLIONS ON THE DOLE THEY NEED TO LOOK FURTHER AFIELD, Too many negatives, this company was GREAT once, with coalmining, shipbuilding a thriving steel industry, brilliant manufacturing, a number of british car manufacturers, leaders in the banking industry, British Airways, British Aerospace, Rolls Royce, Parsons, Siemens etc etc, Maybe, Just maybe we have to go back to what we used to do best, which was do it ourselves instead of importing everything and get more people back into work paying taxes instead of creaming it off the state and the extra recenue would help fix the NHS, Which in my opinion only, isnt broken, it just needs fixing.

cofE looking at the chart you supplied, that does seem to indicate that the price for a couple of days was less than 3p. I can not recall that, and as the price immediately afterwords is in line with the prevailing share price, maybe just maybe we all took our eye off the ball just before christmas, in a very low trading environment and it did actually hit that point. It could have also had a very big spread at the time because of low trading.

Anyway its in the past, unless people bought and sold at these prices it is irrelevent so lets move on.

I must admit I have been looking at brokers forecasts on here for over 5 years and listened to individuals saying they were going to make millions, sadly it hasnt happened so far. Should drop straight to profit, seems a line that has been used many times. Still, sadly, waiting for this to happen.

Hi Curly Kev, if someone is buying shares on the basis of a bulletin board then they must have a screw loose. Everybody, has their own views, but It is no use perpetually complaining about his posts or getting into dialogue with him as it just feeds his ego and attracts more people to view the posts in the thread. Everybody to there own, I will stick to the filter button. Best wishes.

SO WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU NOT HAVE HIM ON FILTER. In 5 years I have yet to see a positive post so I have him on filter. I strongly suggest that everyone does the same so his posts go un-noticed,

Dont compalin about his posts if you continue to read them because you will get the same negative after negative in perpetuity. Filter and his posts become worthless hopefully he will get bored and move on.

Have to agree with both Ken and Retired Banker. I have followed this for years, including in the rights issue, it never dipped below 4p and I believe the only reason it dipped below 5p were the shenanigans going on with Sapinda. There was also shares that were not taken up, they were sold on open market at the time.
