Trading update



The Company also provides a brief update on current trading for the year ending 31 December 2019.



The Board is pleased to report that adjusted EBITDA for the period is expected to be in-line with expectations, supported by a combination of cost saving initiatives and a general focus on profitable and strategic activities that will be the core of the Company going forward. As highlighted during 2019, the Company's Performance division continues to be impacted by a combination of regulatory headwinds. This, combined with the Company focusing on delivering higher margin revenue and its clearly outlined vision of leveraging Video, Data and CTV, has resulted in management anticipating that revenue at a group level will be below expectations for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.



The Company remains highly cash generative, has a very strong balance sheet and estimates that it ended the financial year (31 December 2019) with c. $75 million of net cash after completing $6 million of buy back payments in H2 2019 (c. $25 million in FY 2019) and making a $5 million advance payment for the extension of the exclusive Alphonso partnership for an additional two years. A more comprehensive trading update covering the full year 2019 figures will be provided in late January 2020. SO late January would suggest maybe next week.

Totally agree. I have heard this for years baseball finals elections etc etc and always Jam in the future. Blinx bought a number of companies and not only did they not increase revenue much, they still didnt make "real profit" so many false dawns so much money spent on acquisitions. This does seem different, but I would say that wouldnt I ??? Time for the company to deliver on increased revenue increased profit, more share buybacks and then dividends. If they did that the share price will take care of itself.

But, sick of waiting for Jam tomorrow, as I have said previously I dont like jam.

Time to deliver on all the previous empty promises. The only saving grace is the men in charge now seem to be much more competent than the people at Blnx. Time will tell, but I wont hold my breath.

When you think of the companies bought by Blnx and Tremor and think of the large fundraising years ago and see the current value of the company, it must be massively undervalued or they have bought a number of dud companies . Our resident doom monger will say its the latter of course.

But surely, this time especially with the link up with unruly it can be different. I have heard and hoped for this for years now so will believe t when I see it.

Sorry for the capitals, at work !!!! Maybe they are looking to pick up cheap shares for another buyer. Time will tell, but it dipped quickly to 11.5 now back to about 12. UT and close will be interesting.

iN THE PAST THIS MOVED UP AND DOWN RAPIDLY. i CAN SEE THE SAME GOING FORWARD. BEARING IN MIND A 1P MOVEMENT NOW IS 10%. iF THE SHARE PRICE WAS 31 AND IT WOULD BE 1%. MORE UPSIDE THAN DOWNSIDE. RETIRED BANKER WILL BE LOOKING CLOSELY.

I genuinely feel very sorry for all people who will lose money in this. The sad thing is that the company should end up being a success, but the smaller shareholders have ( in my opinion ) been shafted.

The only consolation I can offer, is that there aer a lot of rich people who dont have their health. Money is no good when you ant spend it.

So if you have your health then you can recover, Positive mental attitude can help along with a it of luck along the way.

After a brief jump to £1.80 on the acquisition news, which seemed to be positive.

It is amazing how quickly it drops. ????? Even though there seem to be some serious players involved.

krss, personally I agree with you. If they have extra money reduce the shares in existence. Maybe even hold them in treasury to use at a later date.

So Retired Banker you think that Pavel would pay over 2m to buy shares at 13p when they are going back to 10p.

I would suggest Pavel thinks differently. Of course you would like it ti go down so you can replenish your holding in order to sell when they make your 10% or so. Nothing wrong with that personally hope it goes the other way, for obvious reasons.

with the amount of debt we have the first priority should be to reduce the debt and use any extra for the extra autoclaves . Dividends at this stage are not needed or necessary.

The share price is less than 13p lets make profit reduce debt, build up some spare cash resources and then think about dividend. My opinion only as ever.

I dont think pavel used his own money, I am sure the money for the rights issue was provided by an institution and peter and Pavel had put and call options which expired.

That is what I have said for years, we never know the full truth about who the "real holders are " and the figure he has bought today seem to ring a bell from previous/ Could be wrong.
