PVX233, The merger makes perfect sense to you, That would suggest to me that you are not thinking straight, as large shareholders they are already demanding things, there have been no talks, and certainly no discussion on how the merger would work.

Of course a company that could produce the volumes you are talking about would be a major major presence, but, could the pox hub cope with that sort of volume.

But, you don't know how much we are paying for it, and conversely, the profit we are making, its no use producing 1 million tons of we are making very little profit.

Hi Curly Kev, yes by the time it was recorded, if the prevailing price was lower it would record as sell, depends on how long it took to appear. The algorithms do not distinguish they just use the mid mark price.

PVX233, You say High grade ore for POX would produce 1 million oz. Lower grade only 500koz. Where do you get the figure of 1 million oz. And at what price.

Nobody knows the profit level we are making by processing concentrate, so its futile to talk about production.

For all you know, we might make more by mining our own 500k oz than the same in concentrate. We need to be concentrating on our own production, buying in concentrate or, as was alluded to a while ago, processing for third parties, should be extras to our production, Unless of course you know the figures and can PROVE, otherwise.

This company needs to stop making the mistakes it made in the past, we are in a strong position at the moment, with the completion of the pox hub, we have to buy the next 25% of TEMI if that is going to provide the right resources, that means we make all of the profit.

We are in the driving seat as a lot of companies have concentrate they can't process, we can, but that is no substitute for our own production.

I would never say no to anything without knowing exactly what is being proposed if anything, the problem with this company, is they don't always tell you all of the detail. Just the bits they want us to know about.

so, Putting it SIMPLY, They can NOT, pay a dividend, because they do NOT, have distributable reserves.

Until they have distributable reserves it is futile to talk about it.

In the past, POG did pay a dividend and it was a reasonable one. No reason going forward why they can start dividends, but, get there house in order first.

I noticed you have not taken into a whole lot more shares, the fact that the conversion price was a lot lower, and the fact that it was over a longer period of time. And maybe just maybe, they needed the extra money, otherwise I am sure they wouldn't have tried to raise it.

Kent, I also understand that bondholders are likely to convert. That is fine, we then do not have to find the money. More shares in circulation, but less debt.

Kent, Normally, when a company issues bonds, with a convertible option, they will then buy a call option, similar to the ones Peter and Pavel used to have except, they used to often have put AND call options. This fixes the price at the outset.

So if they convert, the amount of shares should be the amount at the convertible price. That is my understanding of it.
