I have said many times, This is POG, Expect the unexpected. It is NEVER, without something happening. What we ,as shareholders need to do is make sure, if we get another chance to hound our brokers to have our vote heard. Problem is with these types of things, sometimes the directors, get complacent, as do shareholders as they just expect things to be voted through, whenever you have groups of militant shareholders, like now, and something which has been prevalent all the time I have been invested, it invariably leads to problems.

That is the problem, with shares being held in crest. In the olden days, we would have had a paper reports and paper voting. If they are held as nominee then I believe unless you ask, and in some cases have to pay an admin fee you don't get to vote.

They voted FOR, the present board less than 2 months ago, and gave the impression they would vote with them this time. They have voted against, and because so many have not voted their minority stake has meant that initially board members deposed. Any shareholder who thinks these are for the good of POG, is , in my opinion deluded. They have already proved, they have there own interests at heart. People need to look at ALL the facts and make sure there vote next time is done.
