and today only the £70 trade was a sale with the other two being purchases. Obvious to most of us here on a regular basis but the newcomer might get the wrong impression.

I have the same idea Soleman but at the moment the brokers are not letting their sales price go below 0.98 irrespective of whether its for 100,000 or 500,000 shares. So I guess we sit and watch and wait.

all 3 of the trades today were purchases so broker gradually getting rid of the dump earlier in the week.

pretty clear LSE has no idea which are buys and which are sales in what is a turbulent market. Best to just go be the prices and forget the colour shown.

Think the 16000 at 2.09 is a buy as that is the price broker quoting to sell.

PAL will need build up stocks before they can make any similar-sized shipment again. So unlikely this year......they could however sell some 'over the gate' to smaller local buyers but this will only delay any export shipment unless they buy in more ffb. lack of any real news will, I think, mean the price will drift down a little further and then it will be a good opportunity buy. Always provided the brokers want to trade.

See the Pru has upped its interest as well. Not really much float for private shareholders so any demand is likely move the price by a disproportionate amount. Then you can buy the beer.....

Correct JL. emba is the Robinow brothers JJ and RM. Formed 1984. Before that it was called Flagcheck. So the family has some 56pct of the shareholding already.

It's really hard understand what has happened to the price. All was going on smoothly at close on Friday. No trades Monday. Then a pretty sudden collapse with most fearing a major sale had taken place, but no evidence yet. If one of the 'major' holders I believe they have 3-5 days to declare.( think its 5 for AIM companies.) Now we see supportive buying with 3 £ 10000 lots and some smaller purchases. You keep your ear close to the ground, have you heard anything ?

JL. What could happen is that a broker pushes the stock to a group of regular investors who all then agree buy small amounts at the same time and the same price. Cannot see any other explanation.

As I write can only see one trade showing on any site. My broker has marginally increased his buying price to 1.78
so, still no justification for yesterdays steep fall, yet !

jk. Wonder whether it's worth bringing up Miton/Premier. Although billed as a merger, PAM is twice the size of MGR. Miton has been a loyal and strong supported of Dekel for many years, does the board foresee this investment changing under Premier ?

Jk I think Dekel means palm in Hebrew so its not too much of a change, but I agree it does show their expanding involvement in CI.

Miton have some 48m shares and are about to be amalgamated/merged with Premier. Miton has over the last month been reducing its holdings in a wide number of companies, but it has been a strong supported of Dekel and I seriously doubt that it will sell out. Given the interesting prospects for Dekel I see this fall as a buying opportunity and have bought more today.... Unfortunately it only needs a relatively small sale to drop the price.

At least my average is now under 6p
No sign yet of any major sale or reason for the sharp drop.
