There is a flaw in your argument.
Onlyonewhufc and FA have both pointed out that Ukraine has changed its stance three times in a matter of three weeks.
Surely it isn't possible to take this matter further if one week Zelensky says something and makes a 180 degree turn the next. I must say both parties will have to concede materially if there is a real prospect of peace in sight. Its going to be hard but that's the only way.

yes you make a good point and that could be one possible solution. Only problem than would be that the consumer will be forced to pay even higher prices at the pumps.Which would lead to higher inflation.But than again there's no easy solution.

I ask this question because more and more governments are now "passing the buck" as oppossed to raising taxation as a means of getting the "job done".As we all know raising taxes can be very unpopular.
My take on this is when the dust settles this will be a hot topic and companies such as poly and pog and eua will be asked to contribute a slice of their profits towards the reparations.
This is going to be evident soon in the form of a windfall tax for SHELL/BP in the form of windfall taxes.

Just like TW BDEV and PSN have been subjected to pay for cladding costs in the GREENFELL saga does anyone feel here the UK and US and some others might ask Russian interests in the west to cough up money to pay for rebuilding UKR once this is over.

Same here.We are all invested here with our spare cash ( well i certainly hope so) I dont think FA was talking about taking out extra cash in the form of loans or any form of borrowing just because the stock looks remarkably a brilliant bargain.

Infor we have known for some time there is some manipulation of the sp going on. You are right in saying that mega sales dont effect the sp that much.

I think i know now why everyone refers to the UT price as the closing price.

so a buyer basically buys at the same price as the seller "agrees" without a spread. Is that right.??

You are right on both points. You got it spot on. Firstly its the repetition of the same points that frustrates many and secondly you are right when you say the war situation is 99% of the poly sp and its not avoidable.
My take is we should allow all to express their opinion (and why not) but we also need to discuss POLY to balance the discussion rather than just about yhe war.
