With the huge caveat that Scancell's patient nos. are very small it's interesting to see how they compare. 1) Keytruda trial is in patients with stage III melanoma whereas SCIB1 trial is stage III and stage IV 2) 1 year recurrence free survival - Keytruda = 75.4% SCIB1 = 100% 3) Treatment related (grade 3-5) adverse events - Keytruda = 14.7% SCIB1 = 0% 4) Treatment related deaths - Keytruda = 1 SCIB1 = 0 5) Cost of treatment for 1 year - Keytruda = approx. $150k SCIB1 = ?? much less!! Would love to see SCIB1 put through a large randomised trial as an adjuvant therapy. Putting Scancell to one side though, it's amazing to see how melanoma treatment has advanced during the past 5 years or so."

Freddy - Val have been saying since 2013 that they are in talks with big pharma. All it takes is a phone call to astra zenaca and say 'hi we are Valirx' and bingo - legally, you are in talks with them !

I'm surprised that the company neglected to release this information . You would have thought that curing cancer would have been RNS worthy. I'm more surprised that 14 knows more than the company at this stage as well.

uncanny / jjp - Sorry If i seem a little confused but what deal are you talking about, There is no mention of one in any of the official announcements from the company ?

We are due a whole raft of news over the next few months, so we shouldn't have long to wait. I wouldn't be surprised to see the news flow start next week.

krafty - The RSI is still in an upward trend but sitting on the support which should indicate some strength and upward momentum at these prices and if you look at the upper blue lines, 17p is looking like the next decent resistance and then around 19.5, and if it can break that then the rise could be explosive, possibly up towards the 55p level.

Looking very positive, agree with his levels.

roughmeister- everyone thought the same thing when they cancelled the last YA tranche, 'must be a deal happening ' But there have been two placings since then.

Hotwings - There is nothing wrong at all with that strategy, apart from the fact that you would need shares in the first place before making such claims. You then go on to mention the 'ground swell' I haven't seen any such 'ground swell' or any thing even close to that. It seems you are trying to make an issue where there is none.
