Adriatic - I have had a look on the VAL website and it says that the proxy form is included with the notice of AGM However it is NOT included as stated. Very sneaky in my opinion and possibly illegal to not to make it available to shareholders.

cfhmetal - I wouldn't worry at all about the overly paranoid response from the company. the bloke has taken far worse comments over the years about shareholder destruction and sent similar responses to anyone who dares question their huge wages or broken promises, and nothing has ever come out of it. In my opinion it sounds like someone who is worried about losing their wonderfully huge wage packet, and can't risk it being questioned. Roll on the AGM And if any of you care about the future of the company and your investment i would encourage you to turn up and ask the hard questions that they won't answer in their RNS's, it's the only way you will find out the truth about what the heck is going on.

ddubya - you have to remember that it is 0.95m before costs of around 20% are deducted.

You have to remember that Institutional investors own a large chunk of the company and alot of them are not eligible to participate due to VCT rules.

Morning C7, I am expecting around a 50% take up of the oo shares which will still be a fairly decent result, all things considering and should give us around �11m in the bank. Anything more will be a bonus !

Freddy, thats an honest post which i can appreciate. I have been there many years ago. Best bit of advice I can give is, If you're still a bit green then stick to the ftse 100 or 200 and avoid AIM at all costs ! unless you are a trader or know a company inside out then avoid aim stocks.

Serious questions need to be asked about whether this company is being governed and advised in .correct and legally acceptable practices

Applegarth - you do realise that the the placing of �950k is GROSS ? Every single placing VAL has done has incurred cost of between 20 and 30% commission. which means VAL will only receive between �665 K -�760k after costs.

How on earth do they have the authority to issue more shares. They have already issued the Maximum until the AGM which is in one working day. Totally illegal and if it gets voted down then will create one hell of a short squeeze as all of the forward sold shares will have to be bought back ! Vote it down if you want the share price to quadrouple overnight !

All the placing participants have set a sell order at 2.2p which will give them an instant 10% profit. not sure who is buying at the moment, but don't help them get their 10%
