The main point to note now is that the ultimatum has been made to the BOD - Make the changes or there WILL be an EGM called, so there is no sweeping under the rug for this matter now, it HAS to be addressed and swiftly.

But they are under an obligation to look after shareholders interests. That is a very damning letter threatening to call an EGM if there are not immediate material changes made. And to be fair every single point they raised is 100% accurate and true. It is about time the BOD was held to account.

The company has recently stated that "They are in discussions with multiple companies across multiple indications " I'm more than happy to wait and see how these conclude.
