Isn't one of the jobs of the MMs to match buyers and sellers. If someone I'd buying then the MMs match them with someone who is selling - has to be a nil sum game. CO pointed out there is not a magic stock tree.

Hey companies reliant on R&D are difficult to value - risks and forecast revenue. Great GB keeps us all informed but talk of price manipulation just ignores the basics of market dynamics. If the price is not going as you predict then reflect that maybe your analysis is different from the market - no need for conspiracy. The good news is it enables shares to be bought in the past at about 20p. I thank you.

State price has gone up 1600% in a year. My view primarily driven by potential of rapid test. The other projects area fall back plan B and yes there are risks to each of these - if even a couple of these were nailed on then SP would be multiples of where it is now.

So have a look at potential earnings from high performing rapid testvandvask whether MKT cap will remain at £600M.

Put your money in AZ - maybe do it two years ago. Last time I looked the chances of them even doing 2x is remote. Avacta have multiple shots at goal - if RFD results due shortly are as good as we expect then come back in a month and compare AZ change in SP with Avacta - there is a difference in risk but also potential. Simples.

Now news is out isn't it reflected in the share price already - why would it go higher without further news. I'm holding but mainly cause I think bigger players may make an offer.

Under exiting health and safety legislation employees have a duty of care. I suspect their insurers will insist without govt being involved. At that point businesses will calculate the most appropriate spend - this isn't always the lowest acquisition costs. For example field based employees £200 for kit is small beer.

compare this approach to one which involves a breath test. Create scorecard for simplicity, accuracy and speed.....

The government is offering free workplace testing to all UK businesses, including those with 50 employees or fewer, provided they sign up to its scheme by 31 March. Those registered will receive free lateral flow kits for staff, a rapid test which usually provides a result within 30 minutes and is now being used at schools in England.

However, the free tests will only be provided until the end of June, before the expected date of any large-scale return to work.

Isn't ironic.......

Home Testing: Organisers are discussing the possibility of following the schools’ model and the upcoming DCMS test events of offering home-based Lateral Flow Tests both before and after the festival. Depending on the position of the Public Health Authorities these may be sold at cost price.
