The MD Anderson-led Phase 2 open-label basket trial was designed to evaluate the response rate of orallyadministered BXCL701, combined with KEYTRUDA, in two arms. Arm A is enrolling checkpoint naïve patients where checkpoint therapy is indicated (also referred to as “hot tumors”); and Arm B is enrolling patients who have progressed following checkpoint therapy alone. The Stage 1 efficacy bar was met for the checkpoint naïve patients, allowing Arm A of the trial to advance to completion. The Company plans to report an efficacy update from the trial in mid-2022."

I can imagine Avacta have suddenly appeared in their SWOT analysis and Porters 5.

Thanks for sharing. The TMAC element is interesting since work is underway looking at combining talabostat and PD1. Avacta are well positioned to leap frog that work.

Talobostat might inhibit FAP so I wonder if that is the case for the TMAC - it releases VpB (not Talobostat) which is the active element . Good to see preclinical already in progress - have Avacta partnered with anyone on this?

Real contrast between the DX timelines and the Tx timelines.

There is a high likelihood of some good news for Avacta arriving pre-Christmas.

At that point the rapper Telegram self help group will return in full force. Using some facts to extrapolate some fantastic numbers they will ride the uplift in SP and then dump their stock.

The dilemma. Should we do the same thing or should we point out the made up data, the factual inaccuracy and the blatant denial of investment risk.

The first choice is the obvious way to go - if a LTH does it matter if the rampy crew make some money since by holding I make a lot more. Board stalwarts know the score so really it is only people who arrive late that don't know their game.

How long is it acceptable to make lengthy notes about other board members. What is the purpose other than to subject other board members - it is harassment and by allowing it lse risk condoning it.

I guess we had an LFD for sale. My take is Avacta are struggling to position it against cheap, good enough Chinese tests. Therefore potential customers didn't really react when it was withdrawn. If its anything to do with govt then pressure counts (Say it loud, say it proud) etc - compare us to the Derby company.

If the strategy is to build revenue from HUA focused on Europe then there is still work that can be done especially given we are led to believe it is imminent.

From a Marketing 101 perspective customers go through a process. Awareness of options is one - don't really need to launch a product to have a presence. Activity like supplying sports teams, airlines etc have been suggested here. Objective - awareness and presence prior to launch. Big bang launch approach may be the chosen strategy - from what I've seen I don't think that is planned either. My guess is they don't have the skill set in house and have passed the baton to others such as M19. Those others have other priorities and thus we have limited marketing .

Hope you are right and we a whole campaign in the bag waiting to go. Guess we will know soon.

He took quite a bit of stick during last year - kind of his own fault. Over optimistic £Bs by mid summer) meets opportunist (fund raise, house purchase). Looks like he now prefers to wait for hard news and scheduled updates. Also think he probably speaks to IIs regularly (see Calibre reduction / sell off) so isn't being pressured to update them - not really a man for retail investors.

I'm more concerned with Avacta marketing and PR. Given how long the company has been around it is almost non existent. Easy to fix (assuming we have products) but not even an after thought at moment.

Affimers could make amazing products with amazing revenue. Let's hear about what is being sold - Dx, vet etc. If nothing then talk about what impact affimers could make - its a great story but they don't put it out there.

Thank you cool free. The shut down came from Mr Pumpy which is odd cause I think he has been reading my posts and copying them. He insists on embellishing them in his own rose tinted way but I'm hoping his efforts will result in a significant SP spike that I guess he needs. Very difficult to be anti pump and dump - they don't like it cause it threatens their model. I'm more of the invest for the long term, relax whilst the natural volatility of a share like Avacta happens- we have had a decline in SP as a consequence of no news. Thus news will impact one way or the other - I believe upwards but I recognize there are risks associated with it. SP is fair given current balls up on LFD, the level of competition, price pressure etc. We took a 10p hit on withdrawal from UK - can live with that. I'm biased but Tx is also a technically difficult market with significant risk. This is why the SP is what it is. It is why the returns could also be significant - my own hope is a TO at £8B (28x today) mid 2022 but that needs a lot of things to come good. These things happen. If they don't well that too happens.

Suspect we will go via American distributor. Laugh my tots off if FDA arrives before EU.

Most companies would be actively pursuing US as a market - given litigation environment then high performing tests will have a place - think high risk. Admit that I have said previously I expected US announcement but all feels a bit quiet from.Avacta communications team.

The market has the same info we have. IIs have resources they devote to examining those facts.

It is well known that HUA has been applied for. It is well known that a decision is imminent.

The impact of HUA on sales has been assessed by the market. The risks of it not happening are built into the SP.

The situation has changed, the facts have changed. They have impacted in SP. Medusa19 without HUA is current situation. M19 with HUA is what we were promised - they got it wrong.

These are facts. Stating them does not make you a troll, a deramper or anything like it.

All we can do now is exactly the same as the market. Value the shares today - build in potential upside. Build in potential risk. How much YOU think Avacta is worth will reflect your own tolerance of these factors. Trying to influence others by making up facts, overstating potential, overstating risk, arguing about pin dancing angles won't work to move SP.

We are poised to go one way or the other. Relax - if you are anxious then reflect that's your doubts about your judgement not others.

What Avacta have done is to plough a new approach where the traditional tried and tested methods are put to one side. Thus a deal was signed with Med19 who have no experience of the process, no relationship with regulators and no ability to find the quickest path to market. Actually submitting the correct paperwork proved a step too far once already.

However, they did invest heavily just before the LFD program was announced at 18p. They have made £Ms without actually achieving anything.

Truth is money is in the bank and SP doesn't affect company activity. Staff are aware of developments and have acted upon it. AS has no need to communicate with us - some people such as Boohoo will have his home number.
