Whilst hoping for the best, I have prepared for the worse, refining my complaint to the FCA.
I just hope that all shareholders do so and don't leave it to others.
The more people who do complain, the more likelihood is that the FCA take action.
Amounts owed to group group undertaking is very complex, but in a simple form (which I understand) is "The amount owed to group undertakings can be used to describe an amount of money that one or more groups owe to another group".
The GetGo Recycling companies technology looks like no connection with the PHE technology.
I wonder if GetGo are looking to weaken PHE in order to either a possible takeover (very doubtful) or to take a slice out of the companies shares.
Further investigation is required.
Morning Aimingtoplease,
If your comment is aimed at me (a legit question), I am waiting because if NNN fail to pull something out of this mess, it strengthens the case of complaint.
Although I still feel the chances are very slight indeed of salvaging something, I am as they say, keeping my powder dry regarding the media.
No suggestions, but I hope you are keeping a detailed account of all correspondence sent to the company, or/and any of its board members, so that if you decide to make a complaint to FCA (for what good that will do) or to the media points can be proven.
It is still worth submitting a complaint to the FCA, so that when they totally ignore you, even refusing to even acknowledge receipt of said complaint (as they did with me), that can then also be used to prove to any media channels contacted re their uselessness.
If/when the time comes to press the media contact button, I will be asking all on here if I can add their names to my submitted file.
The main advantage is that Ammonia used as a carrier for Hydrogen makes it far more stable and therefor safer and easier and cheaper to transport.
The RNS is a major step forward for AFC, although no doubt we will soon see a post saying the result would have been better is it produced 100% pure hydrogen and not 99.99, but obviously it is almost impossible to eliminate all trace, so the 99.99 figure is as good as it gets.
Prime,
Re the reply from Resolve, "We are no longer instructed by the Company so I’m afraid we cannot provide any further information."
Makes me wonder if Resolve knew they were bending the rules (I am being kind with that wording), so they have decided it was no longer worth representing NNN. If if that's correct, I will still be exposing their past actions in this matter as well as looking into previous behaviour of the company and it's directors.
In matters of financial actions that I consider hazy in clarity of law (kind word again) I am not the forgiving kind.
Far too many organisations turn a blind eye (FCA for example) when it comes to backing corporations against the individual.
I appreciate the company is not get producing/selling any minerals, but they are far more nearer doing so that they were in Jan 2022 when the sp was 28p. But I take your point that when production/sales start, the current low sp will be history.
Once again a positive RNS from the company, but if the last 2 such news releases are anything to go by, the sp might just drop.
I bought my shares 2.5 years ago and until the last few weeks have always been in profit.
It's annoying, but I am not concerned, as the potential for profit is overwhelmingly high, it's just that the market either does not yet see that potential, or not enough people are aware.
Cheers, Godber,
I will endeavour to update here asap, should the situation develop in such a way that I need to resort to the actions mentioned.
Although I have not fully given up that something might be salvaged from the mess that is NNN, I have sufficient notes ready to compile my report to the media, re both the behaviour or the company, plus the total sum of the FCA ignoring and even not acknowledging my initial report to them.
My first contact will be to a freelance reporter, who has written several newspaper articles, mainly for The Telegraph, who although not a reporter re financial matters, will be able to (hopefully) put me into contact with a reporter who does.
I am determined to get my facts published, including the facts and comments received from Chris Farrington (resolve group) which included this comment.......'Please note that this response is strictly private and confidential, and you are not authorised to share it with any other party other than as may be required through the insolvency Complaints Gateway if you choose to use it.'
I did not sign, or was asked to sign any none disclosure agreement, and even If I had, I deem such an agreement not to be legally binding, under none disclosure rules.
It is very difficult being patient, but the timing of such disclosure to the media is crucial.
Any comments, welcome!
I know someone who works for a major oil and gas company who is often jetting off to foreign lands, including many MENA countries. In several conversations we have had, until recently he has always argued that hydrogen and fuel cell technology was not the way forward and would have very little effect on power supply. My thought then was that 'It's an oil man talking'.
6 months ago his role changed, he is now involved in looking at how alternatives, including hydrogen can be used in place of oil as his company and other major oilies know that inevitably, oil will eventually be fazed out for power and transport.
As we know, there are many on here that always look at all RNS's in a positive light, and ignore the obvious negatives, so to balance views for those who I have on ignore, the negatives are, now let me think for a while. No can't think of anything, so will try to make something up and come back later.
But seriously, no doubt there will be many negative posts, but due to my expanding ignore list, I won't see or waste time reading such posts.
In addition to StockCheque's comments, I doubt Tamgo will want to hang about in their efforts to assist these states in reaching the goals set.
