Mulletman,
For me, it is not a case of whining to the FCA, it is a case of trying to make sure members of the board are taken to task and hopefully are both banned re any future directorship of any company and/or fined for possible corruption and fraud.
I had already checked the complaint form on FCA email link, and this type of complaint brings up, 'Sorry we might not be able to help'. So what i need is a direct email address for the FCA that by-passes the contact form route.
The last time I officially complained about a AIM company to the FCA it was very easy, although time consuming.
I have spent the last 30 mins trying to find a current e-mail address, with no success, so it looks like the FCA has made contacting them re a complaint more difficult.
Anyone have or know the FCA's e-mail address.
1 Of course Cave or and others involved in this company are not going to apologize, as to do this would be to admit culpability.
2 As Trisor says, do not start trying to ring or contact any one from this company, as to do so could give them grounds of harassment.
Any complaint without going through the correct channels will only weaken shareholders position.
No-news,
Selling and then waiting for the sp to drop to buy back in, is not too much of a risk with companies that are in the FTSE 100 as these companies very rarely increase/decrease the SP by more than 2%, with 2% being a large movement on the main market.
AIM shares are a totally different animal, as we well know, these shares can and do, increase/decrease by 10%/20% and occasionally by 30% plus.
I never try to time the AIM market, as 'Sods Law' as far as my timing is concerned, would mean sell to buy back cheaper would probably result in the SP zooms upwards within hours, never to drop back to my sell price.
Doughfan,
Click on your members box, top right. You will find 'Private Messaging' top of the drop down list, click on that and away you go. Fully recommend that you and everyone else contact Trisor via PM or via his e-mail link.

As I previously posted, if NNN fails totally, IE liquidation, I intend to compile a formal complaint to the FCA.
As liquidation is about to occur, I will now be compiling the aforementioned formal complaint.
Having previously compiled such a complaint regarding another company (with success of action being taken by the FAC, but those actions by that company not deemed to be of sufficient seriousness to reach the standard of a public announcement), I know how in depth the evidential requirement are, it will take time. (I estimate about 4 weeks).
When my report is ready for submission, I will copy/post on this thread.
i will then invite anyone who wishes me to include them on the submission to declare their names (not user names) which I will add to my report.
. And good riddance (almost) of Peel from Protos.
The previous agreement re rent review having the uncapped condition was always ridiculous, so good to see that being taken out, 'The Option Agreement (the "Option") between Peel and the SPV enabling the SPV to lease the Site will remain in place and will be amended to limit any annual rent reviews to between 2% and 5%, such reviews in the previous version of the lease being uncapped.
Truthfactory,
There are No open short positions on the company.
This company is way off most peoples radar, as proven by the small number of posts over most weeks, with many days showing no posts at all, and yet there are many companies on the AIM that continue to bleed money, year after year, but attract multiple posts every day.
As ECK becomes more and more profitable, word must surely spread and as the EPS increases, which is will, more investors will get on board.
Looking good for the future as profits continue to increase, with 2023/24 looking to be even better.
Strange how the SP is lower than it was 2 years ago (80p) and I am not yet in profit having first opened a position in 2017 with a few small buys since.
Prepared to stay invested for a few more years yet, as when the company really takes off, I am confident that my investment and patience will be well rewarded.
SP, up and down like a yo-yo so giving no indication whatsoever of where heading.
Interesting RNS, especially the statement, 'From market research, 24% of US contact centres have said they are looking to update their call recording solution in the next 12 months*. Eckoh believes that this new solution will appeal to existing and new clients alike who are seeking to unlock the huge amount of business intelligence contained within their call and chat records.'.
Nice if Eckoh can get a decent slice of these updates to call centres.
Strange (but probably not) how the sp dropped yesterday, then this RNS is released, so looks like someone was manipulation the share price.
And still no RNS re results.
My take of this is it is probably because they are waiting for another order to be signed, but no doubt there will be some taking the opposite view, and will be negative as always.
Trisor, yes I am.
If its true that they do not have a card system in place for online sales, that could mean that the card companies have refused any applications made. Remember that all credit card companies, plus visa debit are jointly responsibility along with the trading company for any loss of credibility to trade.
Trisor,
I don't know if its a fraud or not, but if it is, most of us were taken in.
If we want to invest in companies, we have no option but to take any RNS's released by those companies at face value, after the FCA are supposed to protect us from misleading or/and fraudulent official notification.
tries should obviously read ties.
I am not going to name names, but if the FCA start an investigation, they have the powers to apply to sites such as this, to demand the true identities of every poster, so if any have tries either directly or indirectly to the company, the truth will out, then these posters are in serious trouble.
The FCA's power is far more reaching than most people think, but having the power and using it, are of course two different things.
Hi Seawolf,
I am not very good at IT, but if the time comes, I will ask my son (he works in IT) to show me re a separate thread (good idea)
Knowing the work that a efficient FCA complaint file requires, I am playing a 'wait and see game', as I do not want to put anything in the way of a possible survival package that would save NNN from insolvency, be that a successful rescue package or money from either the grant they mentioned or/and a contract.
I am not saying they are not going to go under, but if I make waves now, it could make a bad situation worse, that is also why major share holders of companies in trouble make direct approaches to those companies, and only go down the FCA route as a last resort.
Of course, Institutional investors have the pull, whereas us poor PI's don't.
Anyone who puts a straight simple complaint in now, might cause good effect, as although it might jolt the CEO and his team, the FCA are very unlikely to go further without a substantial evidence file.
