Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
If the company folds, I will be taking action through the FCA.
I did this several years ago with a company that like NNN issued statements that turned out to be issued with the knowledge that these statements were unlikely to come to fruition.
It takes a lot of work and man hours to prepare a case in sufficient depth for it to have any chance of succeeding, as you have to trawl through many RNS's and interviews going back quite a while, as it is pointless to submit a file that only deals with the recent past.
If such a file is required, IE if the company does fail or is sold for less than we were lead to believe, which includes future prospect statements, I will post the contents here and will add any name of those who wish me to do so.
As said, I have submitted such a file before, so I know how long such a file takes to compile, so don't be surprised if I do not post details for several weeks.
Moab,
I think that since and because of the agreement between PHE and Peel, they are now extra cautious and are waiting to dot the I's, cross the T's and double knot the lot.
Hi Telecom,
Agree, re losses carried over, but as some people do not have a loss to carry over, or/and even with any loss perhaps still taking the net profit up to the years CGT pre payment limit, they still sell pre 5th April.
As from 5th April, new tax rules re CGT come in, lowering the amount of capital gains you can make, before CGT is applied from £12,300 to £6,000.
So it's not just investors taking the usual gains pre the 5th, but the reduction of the tax pre amount that can be taken, resulting in even more taking up to the tax free limit.
Nothing to worry about.
Obviously 'decision makers back', should have read, 'decision makers backing'.
Fully agree Bertmonkey,
Although nothing is ever certain until fully binding contracts are signed, the discussion talks agreed to, especially with the local area political decision makers back and the feasibility studies concluded (according to the release from National H2), a contract is as forgone conclusion as it's possible to be.
Still a bit pleasantly surprised at todays rise, shows confidence in PHE is high.
This is the bit that stood out for me, "National H2 already has a feedstock supplier who will deliver it free of charge and a buyer for both electricity and hydrogen."
This will be the way forward for PHE, because in most countries the waste problem will get far worse, before it gets better.
Also found this, in 2007, Western Australia decreed that the most recent policy tool that has been used to specifically address tyres involved creating a Tyre Landfill Exclusion Zone within and surrounding the Perth metropolitan area , so with that and the fact that 67% of tyres are transported from Australia to Vietnam, has resulted in one of the biggest tyre dumps in Australia being in Starwell.
Just think of the cost in transporting to these dumps, and even higher cost to Vietnam.
As more and more countries are refusing to take other countries waste, cost can only increase, and of course that includes plastics.
One million tonnes of Australia's annual plastic consumption is single-use plastic 84% of plastic is sent to landfill and only 13% is recycled. So re-cycling plastics in Australia is far lower than the UK, UK 44.2, meaning they have a far bigger disposal problem.
PHE have a great opportunity to set up many DMG sites in Australia.
As Australia is between 10 and 11 hours in front of the UK, perhaps they are waiting for the ASX to close around 0400 hrs UK time, to release at ASX close, and hitting out RNS release at 0700 tomorrow (fingers crossed).
And yet people are still pandering to this persons egotistical nature. I am not mentioning him by name, as I am certain that every time he sees his name, he gets a weird sort of turn on.
So please, please stop responding. Not responding is the best solution to either stopping him posting, or if not at least leaving him to talk to himself.
They would not move to larger units, if the smaller ones did not work to 100% or near enough to their expectation, and they had genuine potential customer interest.
2025 mention for commercial deployment, but between then and now, I am confident that contracts will be signed for AFC's other products.
Haggismchagis1,
I only posted because I value your posts, but I am sure that many take less notice if you continually post about those you rightly criticise such as Garmaon who as we all know, have an agenda. But I will leave it there.
Haggismchaggis1,
Although I tend to agree with your post as much as any others (not 100% of course), please try to hold back on incessant posting, you won't convince doubters by such actions, if fact like me, they probably either ignore you posts or skim by.
As soon as you mention Garmoan or any of the other similar posters, I stop reading. In fact posters who repeatedly reply to such posters, can become almost as annoying as they are.
I am almost as positive as you re AFC, as I am sure many others are, so don't drive these people away.
Rise above it!

Thanks for that very informative, why do people post such rubbish, that adds absolutely nothing to this site, apart from clogging up any discussion. Yet another on ignore, so won't see any reply.
The vast majority of companies share price are down, with the FTSE down 3.98% and the FTSE small cap down1.81%.
I appreciate PHE is down much more, but that is the way of things when it comes to companies that are loss making.
Willing to bet, tomorrow will be a different day regarding the SP, with a good portion of todays losses, reversed.
Now watch the fates prove me wrong.
Yet another example of how the National Grid can not cope.
Caravan site owners are struggling to fit sufficient changing point to supply electricity to their customers, as more and more are buying EV's.
One caravan owner with approx 1,000 statics caravans on his site, only has 3 charging points, and has been informed by the National Grid, that the current info structure can not cope with any further charging points.
Obviously with only 3 charging points, some customers are having to find alternatives nearby, with many having to travel many miles to find one.
He has been informed that the only solution is for the whole park to be dug up, so new cables can be put in, costing many thousands of pound, plus of course all the disruption and loss of revenue.
Of course, we are all aware of a far cheaper and less disruptive solution.
