The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
We can but hope, perhaps all is not lost.
My complaint was the re the misinformation of RNS's, of which I gave only a couple of examples, as I am keeping my powder dry.
Also it was to lodge a complaint re conflict of interest between Resolve and the Nanosynth Group re the appointment of Resolve in the proposed liquidation of Nanosynth.
I also contacted Resolve direct re the above, and received a very lengthy reply stating they could see no conflict of interest.
Also I received this.......Please note that this response is strictly private and confidential, and you are not authorised to share it with any other party other than as may be required through the insolvency Complaints Gateway if you choose to use it.
I replied...........Can you state the legal statute that applies to the following statement by yourself, when neither a none disclosure or/and any confidentiality clause has been signed between Resolve and myself.
NOTE....... Civil law holds case law secondary and subordinate to statutory law.
It would be good if at least one of the board decided to become a whistle-blower pre or at the start of any enquiry.
I just hope that the FCA are bombarded with complaints, if this does go the way we all think it will.
the FCA have still not acknowledged my official complaint, but if the outcome is not satisfactory we must not let things lie.
Very good article in the Sunday Telegraph about how HUI and Simon Man, who is to become their Chairman intend to push their DMG technology across the world.
Whilst a bit peeved, that the article stated it is HUI's technology, and does not mention PHE once, I am very happy with any article that promotes DMG tech, as obviously it will greatly benefit PHE, HUI being the companies partner.
Simon Mann, who is a bit of a controversial person (look him up), has a long history in the oil and gas industry, which as we know is looking to invest more and more into such technologies as DMG and other none fossil fuels.
I have a good feeling that PHE will be releasing more than 1 positive RNS before year end.
Thanks Chrisstrat,
I thought that might be the case. My reply was to the original poster who posted an RNS re a company that was not connected to PHE in any way.
I was just concerned that my post had been deleted for a reason I did not comprehend.
For some reason, my post and several others have been removed, or gone missing from this thread since the market opened this morning.
None had and comments that broke the sites rules, so strange or what.
could it be that if someone asked for their post to be removed, those that replied also loose their posts.
Although quite a few posters do post good informative views and knowledge, they are also the same posters that continually post replies or comments on the growing list of child behaving, so called adults posts.
You have only to look at the last 10+ posts, that are 90% such posts, which make it almost a waste of time reading through to find the few posts that actually are worth reading.
I will delay adding to my ignore list for a few days, hoping that some of these posters, realise that they are adding to the dross on here.
If nothing improves, I like many, may well decide that this thread is not worth following at all, which is a shame as there are still some on here who contribute greatly.
So please continue with posts that add to the knowledge/views that once made this thread worth reading, but cut out the playground comments.
Hi Sykes925,
Whilst agreeing that we will not be fully green, I think the PHE system will be greener than any other out there, or as near as.
Obtaining so called 100% green hydrogen by other means, will no doubt have procedures, with none fully green associated costs, such as the build and extraction.
As you say, the DMG system will require the initial start up using a none green source, but as the system will then probably run 24/7, the use will be miniscule, with down time limited to maintenance.
I would like to see PHE explaining to shareholders how the supply system is likely to work.
Would be nice to know, how talks with companies that deal with a assorted feed stocks that PHE need and require to feed their DMG's.
We know that plastics are going to be the main feedstock, but we also know that end of life tyres are a close second, but we also know of the possibility of other none re-cyclable waste.
We don't need specific details, just a general idea of how talks/arrangements are proceeding.
