Simple primary school arithmetic would tell me that 41.75p (old money) is 626.25p (post consolidation) or 626p as benjamin quoted. The same as the 45p (19 May 2011) benjamin quoted is the post consolidation price equating to 3p old money. So either 3p to 41.75p (old money - for those that need to work that way) or 45p to 626p (post consolidation new money - for those that need to work that way) I can't see that he is confused at all, he has just chosen to quote the SP in post-consolidation terms. simples :-)

But the load of $110,000 (~£70,000) is at 10% per annum. If 'short term' as specified - let's say 3 months then that's interest of 2.5% $2,750 (~£1,750) Don't think in the grand scheme of things ~£2K in interest is anything to get hot under the collar about. Probably whole cost is cheaper than the 'bank' arrangement fees for a loan with their interest.

Perhaps, but on the flip-side of the coin, the drop in SP today gives RT more stake building @ cheaper cost...

EMS is 10,000. <--> £900 (@9p/share) try trading this amount rather than £2k - you'll need multiple buys but should be easier. The MM's are obliged to provide a quote for minimum EMS. If they don't have 'stock' they may 'short sell' to you they will likely drop the SP to try and force some sellers.

RNS of 29th June @ 10:30 - HL -> 11,347,618 <--> 13.7217% RNS of 29th June @ 17:10 - HL -> 10,672,618 <--> 12.9055% (reduction of 675,000 since morning RNS) RNS of 24th July @ 12:50 - HL -> 10,022,618 <--> 11.8333% (reduction of 650,000 since 29th June)

Sorry aceinvestor but if you check then you will find that DAN is an FCA regulated business therefore approval is required to become a substantial shareholder i.e. >=10% I'd suggest rather than scaremongering perhaps checking the regulation first then posting. Summary: DAN -> FCA regulated ==> fca approval >=10% IMTK -> NOT FCA regulated ==> NO fca approval >=10% Simples....

Well according to the IMTK Director deals above, the recent RT share purchases are listed if you hover the "I" symbol it says he is/was a NED at the time of the trade, going back to 22 June. If this is indeed incorrect then somebody should let LSE know and have this removed. Incorrect info misleads the market...

I wouldn't trust any 'tips' without first full financial disclosure of all good and bad trades- full stop It's alright you coming on here 'promoting' the profit trades - but what about the losing trades - you'll be telling us he's never made any losing trades - yeah right. always with the benefit of 'hindsight' trading... anybody that says they have never made losing trades is a liar likewise anybody miraculously bought at the bottom and sold at the top. lets have a list of your mentor's losing trades and how much was lost...
