My correction - AFR were delisted in the August, I couldn't find the RNS.

Perhaps they are still in ISA accounts as they are neither liquidated/dissolved or trading but are in administration so are in "limbo". I guess when out of administration in whatever form the ISA shares will be move to taxable trading account.

AFREN were main market on lse not AIM. Back in 2015 they went into "administration" while in Suspension. So I suppose technically they have not been delisted from the main market.

It will be a similar situation with WRN - who are in liquidation but were main market listed.

My understanding is that H&L (according to HMRC rules) will remove from ISA at 3 months from delisting (circa 12th February) into your taxable trading account. I'm not sure the situation upon relisting after that date whether H&L would reinstate your shares back to your ISA account or whether recommencement of trading you would have to bed & ISA.

Alastair was also on the BoD of Kalahari Metals (KML) but after he left MTR he was replaced there by TG. Confirmed by the Companies House filings.

There may have been a change just not yet filed at Companies House.

I was asking in case someone closer to the Companies knew.

It appears then that MTR don't have a BoD member on Thor's BoD - a corporate governance oversight perhaps?

I think what you really meant is it's a "trader's share"

Falling under the "AIM share" as you call it is really self-fulfilling, there are so many comments on this BB saying the likes of "....I'll just sell now, make some money elsewhere & buy back later" - that's a trader's mentality not an investors.

You wouldn't majorly see for example the same "mentality" used en masse in FTSE 100/250 Companies would you.

Blue: It's an accounting exercise - there is no "more capital to play with"....

You could be correct there, the MAIN market rules may be different, I was using Thor on AIM & ASX as an example. I'm sure we will now in good time.

I understand the existing shares will be tradeable on the London market, similar to Thor Mining being listed on AIM & ASX.

It has been termed 'dual listing' - which is correct as it will be listed on two markets. Though technically I believe it will be a 'cross-listed'.

There is a subtle difference in cross-listing and true dual-listing.

The expected MOD cash burn for the July to September quarter is in their quarterly cashflow report released end of July.

Seems strange that they're reporting a change in % now.

Initial 100m shares were 10.4% at the time, they didn't release a change in holding % when shares issued & they crossed down through 10% to 9.x%

Whilst you may read a negative slant to my posts today, for your own agenda of course. They are factual, as I thought the opening post of "... Metal Tiger's chunky investment in #THR beginning to pay off" is slightly misleading.

IMO the best time to fanfare MTRs investments in other Companies is when we are well in profit, not when our most recent purchases in Thor are £250K underwater. Wouldn't you agree?

Sorry going to do an oops there. I missed out the on-market purchase on 29 January @ 3.25p add another ~£57K carrying loss. Making just over £250K...

In fact, if you take our direct investment in Thor in January @ 3p then add another £75K to our 2018 carrying losses.

So ~£196K carrying loss in 2018 THR share purchases, however ~£447K profit overall. With 17.5m warrants, of which 7.5m are in the money @ ~£79K profit.

Overall on Thor yes.

Our THR purchases in February @ 3.35p & 3.61p aren't quite in the money yet though. We are carrying a loss of ~£121K on them at the current sp of 2.25p.

Give it time...
