WTG, according to the pre-close trading update released last week, had �62.8m at the end of December 2017 Their share is currently trading ~�1 which with ~46.04m shares in issue gives an mc of �46.04m, so less that 75% of cash held.... oh and that also excludes the �50m held in escrow You could update your other poster that they need to get the facts right......

Hope they won't be 'ordered' off AIM - It would be a first to be ordered off a market they aren't listed on.... - they are Main Market listed not AIM..... More a pity for those who have invested within an ISA - after de-listing, if that's what happens, for 3 months the 'investor's' holding will be forced outwith ISA wrapper to a trading account; though SIPP holder's will retain within SIPP.

In a word yes..... WTG for example has >�60M in cash and �50M in Escrow (ignore the escrow). Market Cap range only ~�40M-�50M You also have to remember that the market always discounts cash held, particularly on AIM.

Another Polygon RNS expected today/tomorrow - the two trades were on 'bargain conditions' so to me suggests they are part of a CFD trade, which Polygon have been accumulating on. Have no idea what the jungledrums are beating out but sounds like a bid for something in the offing - my guess is for pt Health
