You are right Guesstimation QPE have dropped to under 5% this is primarily due to the increased number of shares in issue, though they have disposed of 325,000 Their holding RNS of 29th April showed 7,700,000 shares/voting rights <=> 9.05% as at that time now via Imaginatik website QPE hold 7,375,000 shares/voting rights <=> 4.97% of the increased shares in issue. QPE should have Imaginatik issue an RNS to the effect of dropping below the 5% threshold following the DTR regs.

Think you misread there Ben... didn't mention anything about the website being legit or not - was questioning the info on the website. There is no credibility that this info comes from either current or past employees. I could for example make up something and post it there - wouldn't you believe it? Even if the info was genuine, we are being asked to base the credibility of the Company on 3 perhaps disgruntled former employees who maybe hold a grudge? If this is your or even adam's 'research' for investing or not in a Company then maybe investing is not for you.....

Note my emphasis on the word 'exact'. The 'up to' amount could be anything for £1 to £1.12 or so. My original response is sufficient, if you can interpret it with the example amount I gave of £1.04. What you are suggesting is that they should be buying now @ £1.00 even if they have already decided to give back £1.12. Try thinking about it man before jotting down rubbish...

You are also confusing "close periods" to with accounts etc and "price sensitive" information. Note I didn't say anything about Close Periods. BUT they are party to price sensitive information.......

That is good news surely? I certainly hope they haven't been buying any shares as it would be illegal. The new BoD will be party to price sensitive information which will preclude them from purchasing any shares at the moment. They wouldn't wish to be embroiled in an FCA investigation of their own would they? For example: If 'internally' (i.e. inside information) the decision has been taken to make a Capital Return of let's say £1.04 per share they couldn't go out and buy shares < £1.04 with this information. Maybe some peeps need to start thinking a bit more logically about the Company overall and what is/could be going on inside that we, Joe Public, are not party to at the moment before jumping off with "..... the Directors aren't buying there fore something must be wrong...."

I agree with what you say in quoting in two different SP terms pre & post consolidation. But you didn't pick up or mention that in your original post. I was disappointed that you only seemed to 'mention' that his 626p figure was, in your terms, wrong but didn't mention that the 45p. The interpretation that could be take was that the price went from 45p to 41.75p which would indeed be misleading as the two figures are in post then pre consolidation terms. I am sure you didn't intentionally intend to mislead by that. That was the reason for my post to put in simple terms what Benjamin meant. I understood it okay.. In your initial post there was no mention of the 12:21 post from Benjamin where he has indeed mixed the SP with the 4p in pre-consolidation terms and the current £1 in post consolidation terms. In general I was just completing the circle on your post, which only gave half the story :-)
