Not sure how you arrive at the conclusion that the Zoetic management are still holding these exercised warrants, could you explain..

From the RNS:

"..The resulting new ordinary shares have been placed with new investors by Turner Pope Investments Ltd. These warrants represent all of those awarded to the management of Zoetic at the time of the formation of that business."

My reading is that the Zoetic management have exercised the 5m warrants which have then been sold on to other "new" investors. If they were still being held by the Zoetic management there would not have been mention of turner Pope Investments Ltd...

Happy to hear a different view if I'm wrong...

Might wish to check out the articles I posted re the drilling law changes that are coming into force in Colorado.

The forced pooling will require at least 50% agreement rather than just one.

The drilling permit applications will require local town/county permits before state application

Local permits before state permits...

I would think that timescale a little tight..

As it states in the True application - It is not a drilling permit application, it is for additional wells.

If/once these are approved in March then they would have to submit a drilling permit application with spacing etc etc

I would not see any spudding of any new wells until July/August - with the completions finishing around end November... - Just my view

I'm not anticipating the IP figures until w/c 4th March - which will be 5 weeks from 28th January (when it was announced the gas was fully flowing to the pipeline)

So no hurry for me...

(advance apologies to thefierce1 for providing some mind numbing facts)

Firstly MOD didn't list on AIM they are listed on the Standard listing of the FTSE

Secondly they didn't 'raise' when they listed it was a compliance listing, so there won't be "just in time for the placees to make their money and get out".

The proposed imminent raising if the article is to be believed will be at AU30c and the current MOD sp is AU22C so well above.
Let's hope that if a takeover bid is made and successful for MOD it is well above AU48c (not the indicative AU37c of Sandfire) as if my memory is correct, which I could be wrong and happy for correction, didn't we swap our T3 30% for shares in MOD at AU47.95c

I have never said or suggested he is lying. If you can point out where I have made that suggestion then please do...

I did say "Recently he stated he bought £50K, which I do not doubt" - that means I do believe he bought £50K...

Whichever method was use to purchase, if they are under 'his control' or 'benefit' then he would be classified as having an 'interest' would he not? and therefore subject to crossing the threshold..

They could of course have been bought on a T20 (like Timeless used to do) rather than outright and thus not count until the T20 is settled.

The window does look rather opaque...
