Themis: some corrections to your post
(advance apologies to thefierce1 for providing some mind numbing facts)
Firstly MOD didn't list on AIM they are listed on the Standard listing of the FTSE
Secondly they didn't 'raise' when they listed it was a compliance listing, so there won't be "just in time for the placees to make their money and get out".
The proposed imminent raising if the article is to be believed will be at AU30c and the current MOD sp is AU22C so well above.
Let's hope that if a takeover bid is made and successful for MOD it is well above AU48c (not the indicative AU37c of Sandfire) as if my memory is correct, which I could be wrong and happy for correction, didn't we swap our T3 30% for shares in MOD at AU47.95c
