That interview was published on 4th July, so the 'within the next couple of months' for KML results MM mentioned is about overdue...
For what reason would they suspend the share?
Should I sell all my shares tomorrow - just in case?
I'm really worried about this and I'm ready to hang of your every word of advice.....
Bucks1993:
Although your initial post has come across with more than a negative slant. I wondered if your moniker - Bucks... - was perhaps paying homage to one of our wells in East Denver - Buckskin ;-)
Just been having a read of this item from the US. Wondered if it will have any effect on our sales of Chill CBD vapes. Could they come under the Trump ban?

JJAL: No I don't find it suspicious. In fact when I have some free time I myself will drop into the Perth office next time I'm passing, even if Nick isn't there, just to say hello and engage with the Company on a personal basis. Previously that was a little tricky as the operations were fully in the US but as they are only an hours drive down the road then that is more convenient.
Surely you would agree or at least you wouldn't disagree that shareholder engagement direct with the Company should be encouraged wherever possible?
If sure you would agree too or again at least you wouldn't disagree that having face-to-face engagement can be a much more revealing process than anyone being seen as a 'keyboard warrior' and likely to elicit minimum Company response.
To be honest I'm sure any shareholder that dropped into the Perth operations would gladly be met openly and welcome to have a coffee/tea and a chat (only public info obviously) and you would see with your own eyes for example the products available and you would also see how much stock is being shipped out to fulfil UK orders. There are lots of things you can see with your eyes that are much better then words alone.
Just my view anyway... I'll be sure to drop in... I'm not sure you will though...
JJAL: When you come back to Aberdeen from your latest offshore stint why not drop into the Perth office as it's sure to be on your way back home, then you could ask these questions face-to-face.
If I was as concerned as you seem to elucidate in your posts that's what I would do.
If you are currently on your onshore time you could either take a wee trip to Perth or drop in on your way to Aberdeen next trip.
Yeah, though he is not retired in the official sense as he recently, 1st July, became Secretary to another company (totally unrelated to HNR). So he is still active in business.
No that's not what I meant. Those were an advisory board - nothing to do with a BoD.
A BoD also comprises non-exec Directors which are registered at Companies House. They have duties under the Companies Act.
I think you'll find that RP was CEO and Chairman. Jon Davies was the Accountant (Finance Director) & Company Secretary. There were no other people on the BoD with 'legal' responsibilities under the Companies Act.
Nick worked for Cantor Fitzgerald our 'external' financial adviser and broker and would have had no control over our 'internal' finances. When Jon Davies left Nick joined to take over the BoD position of Finance Director.
I am happy to be corrected here.
Who are the rest of the BoD?
Seems this company isn't going to be used after all... application to strike off

Jeeeezo - like a primary school children having a spat in here today.
You are both adults I take it? Perhaps you could try acting like one.
Our ""mystery"" investor will be put off by the quality of other 'shareholders' and likely start selling - watch out for those rounded sells and small parcel sells - there might be a clue there...
Looks like the mystery buyer has dropped their parcel size down from 4,000 to 40, that should keep them under the radar for a good while longer ;-)
