Accepting the zoetic.uk.om site has been taken as a 'template' another change required is changing the 'Terms and Conditions' to be under the US laws for seed sales, I don't think the governing law of England and Wales would cover US seed sales. You have to accept the Terms & Conditions at Checkout time....

There is no dilution at the moment, the 950,000 shares were issued from what ZOE held in treasury - the ones bought back from Diversion...

Last issue of shares RNS - 14 November 2019 --- "...and the total number of ordinary shares in Zoetic International with voting rights will be 149,110,034."

Today's RNS --- "...the total number of Ordinary Shares in Zoetic with voting rights will be 149,110,034. "

Any further shares issued will be if the investor decides to convert their loan, in full or in parts.

So there is status quo of the shares in issue as at today....
