Haven't been following recently as the bickering at the tail end of last year just cluttered up the board. I see it's been quite quiet on here not many posts/threads since end of December.

Have to say out of the circa 70 posts in 2020, BH your post gets an uptick, agree wholly with its contents.

Not that I posted much anyway as apparently I'm either a shorter or not a shareholder, likely to post less during this year. Will keep an eye out for anything interesting and will generally keep my own views/opinions to myself.

Just for clarity....

Interim results (half-yearly) which in our case are for the period 1 April 2019 to 30 September have to be released within 3 months of the period - so on or before 31 December 2019. Excluding today that's 11 trading/market days... 24 & 31 December are half days.

Publication of half-yearly financial reports

Some may have noted Friday (15/11) and today has seen more MMs quoting on Zoetic on the OTC. Zoetic became Piggyback qualified on Friday.

"What is the Piggy Back Rule?"

The phrase “piggyback qualified” refers to a stock for a public company that has already had a Form 211 filed by a FINRA registered market maker, and meets the “frequency-of-quotation” requirement under SEC Rule 15c2-11(f)(3).

This frequency-of-quotation test is passed when a broker/dealer publishes quotations in the stock in the appropriate interdealer quotation system for a minimum of Twelve (12) Business days during the preceding Thirty (30) calendar days. Also, during that time, there can be no greater than Four (4) consecutive business days without published quotations in the stock.

After this criteria has been satisfied, the stock is known as “piggyback qualified” and other market makers may publish quotations in the stock without filing their own Form 211.

You can find the Piggyback qualification under Corporate Actions on the Security Details page of HGHRF on the OTC..

There isn't a direct link to the particular Corporate Action. To see it go to the Security Details about half way down the section Corporate Actions, to the right there is a drop-down where you can select Piggyback Qualified to see if and when..

You can select also Company Name Change to see the details etc.. Hopefully we will wee the symbol change from HGHRF to ZOEIF fairly soon...

That should read.... There are 4 bays each with capacity of 2,500 plants, so 10,000 plants total capacity, with 7,500 (3x2,500) growing and 2,500 in harvest.... The intention as described by Nick is to produce a one bay harvest each month throughout the year...

To help clear this up.....

The original plan was to harvest 4 times per year, that was before going down the seed route. This was outlined way back in one of the original RNSs from RP. Three perhaps four harvests per year....

With the seed production route being chosen, I believe this takes another 14-21 daysish, so the whole bay turnaround from one planting to harvest to cleanout to prep for another planting will take 4 months, hence only 3 per bay per year...
