No one adjusts for the issuance of new share for the purpose of capital raise. Adjustments are made if stock is consolidated, split or for any capital change THAT INVOLVES NO CONSIDERATION. if consideration is involved, like with what Rkh are doing right now, and this applies to Rkh throughout its share issuance history as far as I am aware - I’m not reading all the documents I have a life - there is NO adjustment to be made.

You directly compared today’s SP to the historic high of about 600p and then some fantasy adjusted SP you got from somewhere which is the only reason I refer to it.

I would love an sp of 6 quid but with a capital raise at 53p it seems unlikely anytime soon.

No stock chart is ever adjusted for share issues. Shares issues aka capital raises are fund raising mechanisms and affect company value. Market cap is the primary measure of company value. That is share price x shares in issue. Ergo so called ‘dilution’ of course has an affect. Dividend payments and stock split/ consolidation do not fundamentally affect market cap and therefore company value and that is why there are price adjustments of closing prices reflected on charts. An adjustment is not a change in market cap. So by looking at an ‘unadjusted’ chart you most def are comparing ‘apples to apples’ and to think otherwise is incredibly strange. Chat gpt isn’t always accurate. This is actually. fascinating.

Jesus Christ man. Of course Historic charts get adjusted for stock splits, and dividends, but these don’t affect RKH in anyway as they haven’t done either, but not capital raises. I suggest you get better at writing chat gpt prompts.

No I understand the reasons for a price increase, rational and irrational. I was arguing that share dilution is an important factor. The mkt cap would be £3.9bn at 600p a share. In 2010 the mkt cap at 600p was about £490m, coincidentally exactly where it is today. To say a share price should go to 600p in the near future because it did in 2010 with just 1 well, I paraphrase, is incorrect. I was only pointing that out.

Yes of course there are many factors determining company value. But back to the original point, the company value and by extension the value of each share cannot be calculated without taking into account the number of shares in issue. There’s not a financial model in existence that doesn’t have that input.
