I have no idea whether your concern may be correct but I have to say that the likes of Codys and others (perhaps bar Sports Interactive) must be a little disappointed in the revenue stream from Bids and the IGA?
I would expect that all of the Bids publishers would be looking at other providers just out of prudence!

Low6 are going from strength to strength and very quickly. If they are valued at £50m currently that will soon rise and head through £100m imo.

2H - sales of £1.4m and Cost of Sales at 89.50% (net 10.50% to Bids)

Would you not agree that 2H sales was ramping up over 1H, but your statement is proven to be the exact opposite?

I have already traded through 1% of the company this morning and there seems a never ending stream of shares at 0.254p.

Not sure the market cap can be calculated just on cash held. It will be viewed like most SPAC's on who they identify and ultimately acquire.
The sector they have entered is certainly one that is growing quickly and is desperate for companies to enter and deliver against cyber attacks and fraud.
I am good holding and the share price is almost irrelevant at this time. Success in acquiring one or more companies will derive the share price in 18 months time.

I haven't had a chance to read the accounts yet, but if 11% is quoted correctly by calamari, then over £50m of revenue is needed to get close to breakeven.

If the company is delivering and making solid progress then the warrants are purely a way for the company to secure fresh funds to drive revenues and success.
You make it sound as if no company has ever used the warrants as a mechanism previously.

Agreed, the right way to handle a relatively small sale of shares.
Excellent integrity from the CEO and board and underpins the share price.
I can see that Vela Technologies have announced a £200k investment here.
I am a buyer of more in the coming days.
