I agree rivaldo. Prior to the placing of a block at 80p the shares were riding nicely at the 90p level.
Perhaps 90p was a little high but 80p was fair value.
Oversold and a great time to enter or top up.

Just tucked away just over 1.1m at avg 2.588....
May see a little bounce.

SVS were closed for various reasons by the FCA and I understand they were placed in the hands of Leonard Curtis.
Leonard Curtis chose a broker ITI Capital to take on the SVS accounts and that took ITIC some time to make head nor tail of the files delivered.
You should check with ITIC as to what is held within your old SVS account.

Gfinity seem to be winning the big names now. Great progress and I fully expect them to have a great 2021.

The time is too specific for an average and combined trade. I would expect a time of 16.35 or later?
For me, this is a buyer who flattened the MM's out 0.2p above the offer.

The Manchester United contract is likely to be an initial short term agreement for consultancy and advise.

Valerium has £500k and guessing that is dwindling away - Expect a raise at the 10p level soon would be my opinion.
NFT has £35m in cash and is now a discount of 24% to it's IPO price.

The volatility of tokens continues and will likely remain volatile for weeks to come.
At £177m I would think the valuation of KR1 may sit around £140m - A 20% discount to asset value (It could easily settle into a 25% discount)
Fair value for the shares would seem to be 109p until we see rising token prices.
With an expected £12m of staking yield it should be underpinned at the 109p level.

Cricket seems to be the focus with Bids already live and kicking with Real Cricket from Nautilus and now adding two further Cricket franchises in Cricket Captain and All Star Games....

It simply cannot justify 3.85p that is the issue.
A noose around it's neck in a £60m facility and no revenue generation anywhere close.
I fear for the company at this point.

The simple truth Brassneck is that you cannot value KR1 by the hour/day/month due to the volatility of these tokens.
The MM's just wait to see what buy and sell orders come in and mark up or down accordingly.
I agree that more formal reporting of staking yields as well as asset valuations would be more than useful.
Quarterly would be good given the size of the portfolio.

I think the volatility is one key issue RaeDae.
I sense we will see KR1 settle into a discount to asset value - maybe around the 20% level we are starting to see last day or so.
I have asset value below £180m now so a 20% discount could see the share price down as low as 110p?
That said - Token prices could be any price come tomorrow morning.
It would also be somewhat unfair of me not to talk to Staking Yields as yield/income can well underpin the share price. Let's say Yield can hold at say $18m as yields fall with token prices - That equates to around £12.85m.
So at 110p or £144m the yield would seem to give solid protection.
Fingers crossed we have a rally in prices before tomorrow's open.

I have to agree - Could hit 100p tomorrow unless Btc bounces.
That's the issue we face with crazy volatile tokens. Short term they will be all over the place.
Not for the feint hearted.
