I think the company have acted prudently in offering directors and key staff shares in lieu of cash given that cash was tight at the time this agreement was agreed.
Whilst the issue price may look low, there is nothing the company can change should the share price have grown so substantially. Personally, I am pleased to see the share price rise from 0.08 to 0.25 in the time.
The RNS could have been clearer in stating that cash is now available to pay these individuals rather than a further share issue?

Bottomzup. Are you just another poster that shouts ‘MM manipulation when a share price falls, but it is clever investing when it goes up’....
Every single board, it is always someone else’s fault when a price goes down...
As for blaming every single poster who may not be blinkered and say it as they see it, of course they are paid to post by TW or some invisible club of nasty evil market nasties...
Sometimes a share price does actually fall for the right reasons.

Not sure why you worry whether a helx owns shares and if does why he/she has not sold them. I see that as an irrelevance.

I just care about his view on the company and he is miles ahead of you.

Question - Who do you think is manipulating the share price and why. You must have a view?

Closed equivalent of 22.94p

Do bear in mind that the US price closed on a wide spread - around 29-32c

maidit308 - The 2 x 12m was a cancel and rebooking.
Originally printed as 12m and then cancelled out and replaced by a sale of 5m.

I attended today's presentation around all things 2020 and Q1.
I like the management team. Spoke crisp and clean and talked of taking the business strongly forward.
2020 was a transitional year and the company has managed costs down.
Q1 has been strong and the CFO/CEO announced that they have had 7 (seven) months of profitability in a row.
I bought today and will buy further on any weakness.

Amazon should be live for sales in the coming weeks.
Good progress and will enhance on-line sales numbers....

- 10m warrants at 4p to 11p - £700,000
That equates to £3.576m or 30% of the net asset value.

Pires look a touch overvalued, but Rgo look a little cheap?

Pires coming off as the disparity between NAV and market value is so high.
Q1 was particularly good for Pires but you may see Piri settle just below 10p.
Fingers crossed that is not the case.
