My point was future tense - "that is his mistake and he has to put that right for shareholders"

I am hoping that the CEO is truly excited and that in the coming months we will be getting great progress.
Time will tell, but I am quietly comfortable.

I do feel that the CEO should have delayed his interview but that is his mistake and he has to put that right for shareholders.
I still see the progress being made as an excellent step forward and fully expect to see further news in the coming months.

bamb, it is the same person buying and selling - Put through the sale and immediately buy it back prior to the 5th April and you cement your tax position.

MM's have the right to delay executions that are larger than EMS subject to stock exchange rules.
The larger the execution the longer a delay can be utilised.
IT is in place to protect the MM's.

Put through by a friendly broker/MM taking just 1 bip on the price.

I think there are a number of questions as yet unanswered.
The NHS in 2020 delivered significant revenues - maybe even 80% of the total number...
The issue that could deliver is that Nova have not picked up any significant 'other' contracts.

It is my guess that Nova would RNS any individual contract that is above 10% of 2020 total revenue - so effectively £28m...
We have yet to see one.

You should look to take cash when it is available and the market is awash with cash at present. That will not continue and could dry up overnight if the market fell heavily.
The company took the opportunity and good luck to them.
I am invested here and like what the CEO and board are doing.
There will be little churn I believe and we may have seen the worst today.

It has to be asked...
In my opinion, this placing has been in the making for at least a week and what was the share price when the placing was conceived?
The share price was at 0.23p only last Wednesday so agreeing the price at 0.25p was hardly a discount.
And what was required for the placing to be delivered and concluded?
1- The company had to approach their broker
2- Broker had to agree the price and the approach
3- Company had to put together their presentation and
4- Presentations would have been held Thursday and Friday
5- Tenders for new shares taken likely Friday and
6- RNS prepared over the weekend

In my thinking, this placing is at an ideal time. The CEO is pumped and the deal coming through are changing the outlook.
The funds will be used to speed growth and from the podcast Friday the CEO is excited as to what can be achieved.

For me, the wrong price below 0.30p
