I can assure you that George and his team are very well respected in City circles and that George is known and understood to be a leading light in all things crypto and especially blockchain and the impact that blockchain can and will have in the coming years.
I am lucky enough to have met and seen George present and my view is that he comes across very well indeed.

I sort of agree on one side, but disagree on another lookingon...
KR1
KR1 is in effect a crypto fund. They seek out new blockchain companies and get to cherry pick what to invest in. They have been around for many years and have a great reputation for backing solid projects and hence the better projects go to KR1.
Couple that with the staking yields and you now have asset value and a strong yield with cash in the bank
BUT be aware the rise in BTC (which has led to their share price rise to an extent) should not be the reason KR1's price rises.
Argo
This is an out and out crypto (predominantly BTC) mining company.
It does mine a couple of other coins but the focus is BTC.
BTC falls heavily and ARB will fall also.
The rise in price of BTC is the key reason for their share price rise.
Mode
This is a crypto trading platform developing digital and non digital banking services.
They are to deliver both retail and institutional services.
They hold some BTC in there treasury department so again can be sensitive to BTC pricing.
Mode floated 4 months ago at 50p and that issue was a little oversubscribed.
Fell to 40p but now at 57p I would argue they are cheap given the strength of BTC which has delivered significant new clients and BTC/crypto trading.
Revenue has come early for these guys so that should assure the share price stays strong.

Online education tools in the middle of the pandemic.
Q1 of there financial year way ahead of forecast.
Wonderful news and a wonderfully run business.

One MM took 1.5m shares on his book towards the close Tuesday afternoon...
Happy to release them to buyers today....

Given the level of internet banking or digital banking, what are you going to do now we use notes and coins far less?
Digital is not going away and you say you do not understand or want to understand crypto, but my guess is you use internet banking which is exactly the same.

If Blackrock announced they may be adding the price would rocket and Blackrock have to pay maybe 20 or 30% more to add to there holding.
That is not the way the market works...

The key here is the end of year valuation and the final dividend of 0.04p...
Valuation should have grown to maybe 1.45p?

Bear in mind PE ratios are mostly struck against the next years forecast numbers.

EKF is expecting £60m revenues and close to £18m profit to Dec 2020

The current valuation in my opinion is now based on 2021 forecast and growth.
Numbers for 2021 are mixed but seem to show around:-
Revenues £80m
EBITDA £24m

That would be a forward PE of 13.25 which would seem more acceptable.

Any trade above the standard EMS (exchange market size) has the right to be printed on a delayed basis - This si to protect the Market Maker should they deal a large execution.
The delay is to give them some time to unwind their position prior to displaying the execution.
The EMS for NCYT is just 1,500 shares.
The giveaway also is the acronym against the trade print of LRGS - This stands for a 'large in scale' execution and under AIMX rules the print could be delayed.

I think George will come under increasing pressure to move at the least to Aim. I am hoping that 2021 is the year that the company pushes strongly forward with it's investments and also operationally.
I cannot believe the board do not care about their shareholders and I sense we will get an exchange move by the end of next year.
In the meantime, I am happy picking up bits and pieces whilst the price seems low.

BOTAK, I agree with all that you say, but it is KR1's and George's decision to stay where they are for now.
I can see both sides of the coin, but am happy with George sitting on Alasdair Haynes rather average Aquis Exchange as it allows me to slowly buy more.
Have a great New Year and we will see 50p in 2021 I am convinced of that.

BOTAK, you stated Aquis drop the share price?
Aquis is just the exchange that has brokers/market makers making a two way price.
Believe you me, the MM's here are just here to make money. If they see sellers they mark it down and visa versa.
The real issue is simply being on Aquis holds back liquidity as simply tedious to trade in a technology driven world.
