Never worry about being a 'a naive trader'. That applies to many of us.
The rights issue is to acquire Liquidnet Inc which is a global brokerage business that trades across 40 plus markets.
Liquidnet has a vast client base predominantly of asset management and money managers plus a growing broker list of participants on their platform.
It was founded in 2000 and has been a very successful block trading business and could be argued to be one of the biggest 'block trading' firms today.

I will own up - I know Liquidnet very well and can answer any of your questions should you wish to pose them.
I can confirm that I am not a current employee of Liquidnet but I have been involved with there global business historically.
No worries if you choose not to ask any questions.

Believe me it was NOT.
The LSE has its internal algorithm and it has nothing to do with any MM or broker.
No order can be executed unless within the Brokers limit.

Time to place the shares in that bottom drawer and forget them for 6 months.
Its been a disappointing ride, but one I chose to take so I move on.

bluerill, you have misunderstood the closing mechanism. No games.
The closing print is always the Uncross trade - The closing cross through the LSE.
It happened a scrap went through at 30.50p and hence it strikes the closing print, but it is not manipulated and it happens on every share should there be orders going into the closing auction.

The 22% holding in Pires equates to £3.74m of valuation...
Until we get the Q4 trading update which will deliver:-
- Valuation - market expecting around 1.42p
- Revenue and profitability - forecast around £1.5m (up from £890k)
- The forecast for 2021
I sense the share price may sit around this 1.20p level....

Nice to meet you again.
I agree the opportunity here is amazing.
I was lucky enough to get to the presentation pre the RTO and think the lack of Helium available could be a big issue for the world, especially now the USA have stated they will not be selling their Helium reserves outside of the US.
That will create a shortage over the coming few years and Helium One have found what seems to be a significant Helium source.
Certainly not risk free but I feel in the investors favour at this price.
