I have 40 holdings for KR1 and Klarna is NOT one of them

We do not have a PE of 1.
EPS for 2020 was approx. 263p (tbc in the audited numbers)
That's a historic PE of around 2.83.
Couple that with no Phase II with the NHS as yet and forecast revenues of maybe lower than 2020 plus the company failing to state their own forecast and you can see why the shares are weak.
Fairly valued on what is non recurring revenue to date.

Excellent news and gives a real indication of the value of the business.
Clearly two external parties believe that the value of the company is significantly above that 50p level.

Hi Liam - I like the opportunity and I can imagine the raise, albeit small, is good enough for them to start delivering on the blockchain strategy.
I think they can move ahead quickly from here and even at 8p the company is valued around £4m so the upside is huge whilst the downside from here is minimal.

Agreed. There is clearly no news of any significance to share at present.
That is not great news, but explains why the share price will continue to fall away.

There was also a print of 10,000 shares at 200p mid afternoon
This is the US broker selling in the US say at $2.80 and closing that position by buying in London at 200p pr less.
Nice business for them.

FYI, the trade generally put through at 17.08 is usually a mid point cross - it usually trades at mid price or the same price as the closing uncrossing trade (UT)
For me the 616,994 was a closing mid point cross.

VWAP for today was 7.058 but do bear in mind that the large executions at close these last few days are from the previous days trading.
For example the 941k trade is from the 9th Feb and could suggest it is a sale as the VWAP for yesterday was just over 9.20p.
It is unusual for this sort of size to go through each day and the shares continue to fall away but of course not impossible.

It would seem that below 789p Nova sit on less than 3 times last years earnings.
If they can deliver a similar result for 2021 then they are clearly cheap.
