Banbury-I for one remember BHR. Back in those days I had a banker and all things financial services backlash and poured a lot down the the drain in AIM frontier miners and oilies. Never again. I made sure I spread it about though so I lost it evenly!

I think its important to note that whatever people have, be it 100 shares or whatever, they've invested hard earned money to buy them. We are all here to make a return. And some can afford to lose the pot and some cannot.
I'm not going into numbers but I'm about 35% here, I may go slightly more but not many now. Other things out there for balance.
I think quantities may only be important if we need to form a greater than 10% concert party!!

Just musing following Rox's comment re if he takes it private we win anyway... DO we?
The Rule 9 12 month highest price paid would I assume apply- so bear in mind that beyond March the highest price would only be around £3 would it not?(assuming we don't beat that between now and then).
Clearly there are several months pre-rights/consol and I don't know how that conversion would be valued if at all.....(and I'm not going down the old money new route either that's been done to death!).
So whilst I have been of the opinion that he doesn't want it all, it makes the un-audited update next week very interesting.
If it's good then maybe that will confirm he isn't going to go for it all? If it isn't then that would give him more time with a potentially lower price....

Doofus, I've slept on it and I just cant see it. In my experience of people who have built businesses and made themselves very rich, once they've run out of things to buy and its all secure they get philanthropic. RDH has become Mr Folkestone has he not? He has pumped a lot of money back into the area. I assume a lot of staff live in the area, so I think he's done it for protection of them and maybe for one last "I can fix this". Assuming at least some of the other major shareholders are on board with him, he has control.
It wouldn't surprise me if when the shareprice recovers he takes part of the original lump off the table assuming he can keep control.
I hope for LTHs and those wanting a great recovery play, rather than a quick double yer money that i'm right, or at least half right, LOL.
Good to have different views on here.
It would be nice if Oxford/AZ came out and said how many doses a month they can get out. Now that might be very beneficial!
