The cladding manufacturers have been already prosecuted in the US. They withheld test data. Do you actually think any contractor independently tests every single thing that goes into a building? They're just the ones left holding the baby when it all goes up and the actual supplier of that material can clearly never cover the costs arising.

It's not mean and pointless. The interim this time is limited by the pension parity clause. If you read the detail, the pension is now in surplus and the parity arrangement is suspended for 1 year, which means Final and next years interim can be whatever. Well that's how I read it anyway.

If you look at Progressives P and L assumption they have the overhead rising slightly..I think Zoo had said they had maintained staff through the grim year so may be not needing to go up bearing in mind savings on costs. Then if the revenue only went up slightly then all the brackets disappear...The following year will be the one but looks conservative for 25 imo. I fancy a fat top up but don't want to sell anything.

The re rate depends a bit on the pension arrangements and hence proper divis I think. I think the numbers will be fine. Some HS2 wonga should be coming on now even with Capt Conservative holding it back.

There was an interesting article in the S/Times last weekend re Shepperton Studios. Paywalled unfortunately. They have expanded floorspace and seen a big jump in revenue, with good forward booking. CEO said industry well on recovery road. I know not directly us, but positive noises about the industry recovery.

Should be a read across to here in terms of revenue IMHO.
