I don't think we are waiting on tpdc. It is more likely knowing the way the tanzanians or operating right now that they will be organising a land handing over ceremony with the president and all the ministers and key stakeholders. There is a massive PR campaign in Tanzania and they are determined to milk the countries development as much as possible. It is election year for the government and also it is good to attract investment funds into the country. As said, I think we are very close.

LTHs know where this price reached after finding the target of what was thought to be a few bcf. We had the dilution for the farm out but that brought free carry of $40 million dollars since that point we've had 3D that upgrades what we thought we had by multiples to 3.45tcf which massively offsets in our favour the earlier dilution.

I think we could well burst through 2p when that land is handed over to the pipeline contractor.

I also have a feeling (maybe wrong) due to the demand plans being announced in country, they may have upgraded the pipeline from 12" to 20" and if so I would expect that to add to the excitement.

Can't come soon enough for me now. The wait has been painfully slow and it is time we saw some reward.

The back in rights were negotiated down to where it was expected as per the last AGM. The GSA was also as expected and in the ball park above previous figures although commercially sensitive and not released. I imagine one way or another we pay a proportion of it indirectly but ARA I feel have negotiated hard and Tanzania may have done a deal with the pipelaying contractor via a share of their revenue. We just don't know how they are funding it other than they say it was passed in their budget last year
