hat forecast by the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) reflects our experience on the ground in Tanzania, where we found the giant Ntorya gas field.

Tanzania has said it intends to use its gas resources to ensure all citizens have access to electricity and to eliminate harmful fuels such as wood and charcoal often used in cooking.

With Dar es Salaam entering the ranks of megacities soon and Tanzania’s population growth one of the fastest in the world, Ntorya’s gas is also needed to ensure Tanzania’s urbanisation and industrialisation is sustainable and sustained.

Come on Crusty its a done deal. You know how it works over there, they announce it and then they have a big formal ceremony with all and sundry in attendance. We saw it less than a year ago down the road.

The frame work agreements are just red tape at this stage as they have accepted the terms. It's just the legal process to follow its course now.

Get the funding in place and things will move quite quickly I think. The rig is hot stacked so there should be nothing to hold them back apart from the weather. A bit late to drill in this dry season but good possibility before the end of year in the next one.

"The Company's flagship southern Rukwa Project is located within the southern Rukwa Rift Basin in south-west Tanzania. This project is considered to be entering an appraisal stage following the success of the 2023/24 exploration drilling campaign, which proved a helium discovery at Itumbula West-1 and, following an extended well test, successfully flowed 5.5% helium continually to surface in Q3 2024."

From the RNS Editors Notes

"The Rukwa and Eyasi projects are located within rift basins on the margin of the Tanzanian Craton in the north and southwest of the country. These assets lie near surface seeps with helium concentrations ranging up to 10.4% helium by volume. All Helium One's licences are held on a 100% equity basis."

It took them nine months to sort the development licence out for Aminex and that is massive for their country but this was done in less than six so that must say something about the value this will also add to the country.

It looks to me like over the next ten years Tanzania is going to be the place to be. GLA

Nothing exciting just director shareholding correction

500 posts going back to March 2023 on prosciutto negative thread. Including a previous thread under the same title that got removed 139 posts from him, spouting 139 pieces of BS.

To write an essay every Wednesday for 139 weeks going back to November 2022 without a post elsewhere shows remarkable dedication and determination to disrupt. Either that or he just has a problem, because he is clearly extremely bitter about Aminex.

Do we have any former unhappy board members that were removed under protest?

I think it is about time this prosciutto character was removed completely.

Ask yourself how long does it take a solicitor to convey a house and think how big is this project. Whatever the solicitor finds may then need negotiating. I don't see it before June and given that it took nine months to come down the road, I don't think we shouldn't be expecting anything different but when it does things will change around here.

"Helium One’s obligation under the initial six (6) well drilling programme is capped at US$0.45 million per well. In the event that any well exceeds that obligation ceiling, the partners will share excess costs in proportion with their respective project working interests, ie 50/50."

Pgmc far far better than you have it down. Drilling did not start until mid February and two successful drills have been completed since and the rig is being ready to move on to the third so not one every quarter as you stated but pretty close to two Wells per month 🙂. Hopefully that schedule can continue

Crusty my understanding of putting a cap on price I will pay means that if it costs more than anticipated it won't be me that has to fund it. As that cap of $450k per well is set out in the farm out agreement and I have seen nothing anywhere to suggest there is any reason to think the contributions will be higher. If that is the case there is no point in having a cap.

@Blue it looks like our view about when the bills will be paid has been confirmed. Pay as we go...

Will fund sounds to me like, when the invoice arrives so the cash remains in the bank.

I read it as a good indication that they feel all wells will be successful. I think it shows confidence.
