It's possible to obtain a competent person's report related to a well, but it typically isn't for just one well. Competent Person's Reports (CPRs) are generally used in the oil and gas industry to evaluate and quantify reserves, resources, and potential production from entire oil and gas fields or assets. They are signed by qualified professionals like engineers or geologists and assess various aspects of the field, including its geological setting, petroleum geology, and potential for future production. While a CPR might not be specifically focused on one well, it could include information about the well's contribution to the overall field's reserves.
When the well in Tanz is unique, it is hard to understand why some of the nasties on this board expect to have one from just one well, but then again they cry about so many things that they know are either not true or not possible.
