Yes it was stated it was going to happen within six months and that allows them until the end of March to start, (it wasn't said that it would be completed within six months), however a minister stated a deadline was targeted for April production which could easily have meant end of April.
As I said last week, if the first sod for the pipeline is not dug this week or next at the latest, it is highly unlikely that first gas production target will be met. If they run to the end of March before starting, then they could still be in production by the end of June research has indicated a maximum three months to build. I have the feeling it will be somewhere in between and based on the heavy rainy season Dec to Feb, I think it will be an earlier start rather than later.
