Yes it was stated it was going to happen within six months and that allows them until the end of March to start, (it wasn't said that it would be completed within six months), however a minister stated a deadline was targeted for April production which could easily have meant end of April.

As I said last week, if the first sod for the pipeline is not dug this week or next at the latest, it is highly unlikely that first gas production target will be met. If they run to the end of March before starting, then they could still be in production by the end of June research has indicated a maximum three months to build. I would suggest possibly both longer and ongoing from its wording. I get the feeling this is an appointment for the FFD rather than just the one drill.

From recollection the new CH1 site was agreed with government when the FFD licence was issued, and the application included an ESIA.

Nope! The ESIA was completed for the pipeline and it is the start of that build that will dictate whether they meet the April target imo and unless they announce the first sod has been dug during this week's event in country I think April will be after the question as you suspect.

I'm not sure why there is a delay from the government other than logistical issues and the availability of equipment and long lead items such as the pipe itself?

People continuously ask why the rig is hot stacked and they don't continue to drill.

It is simple economics. It is far cheaper to maintain and turn the machine over once a week then it is to decommission it and then recommission it later when moving parts will have seized and possibly require replacement.

As for the point about going back to Tai and using up the money that we have. When putting that point forward, how much thought was given to the fact that the money we have is to keep us going until the mining license is awarded?

If you spend it all on Tai you would have no option but to raise again in order to keep ticking over so it would be a foolish business to take!

I have been studying these maps for years, I have been at the AGMs and I have it from the horses mouth and have done all the overlays personally and and published them it on Twitter and telegram.

I've politely pointed out where you are wrong and give you an indication of how to find reality. I've given you the information as was stated by Tom Reynolds and Charlie Santos at the AGM. Are you completely thick or just pretending to be deaf?

It is one thing to provide useful information and be positive but to deceive people is not acceptable.

If you want to argue with me then come and meet me at the AGM and I will prove you wrong with the support of the board. If you can't be bothered to do that then I suggest stop being a keyboard warrior or you will find your posts reported consistently for disinformation.

SC just a note to inform you why Aminex are possibly not responding.

Firstly they don't constantly monitor this or any other board.

Secondly all those who were at the last two AGMs already know that you are looking in the wrong place.

We were told CH1 was to be moved South East of the initial position and if you transpose the presentation maps over the Google map you will see a rough idea of where it is to be. On questioning Mr Santos about the accuracy of the map, I was told it was not pinpoint accurate but the general area.

Further they cannot disclose the location until they have occupied it otherwise they will face tanzania's own version of swampy and people willing to squat on the land and blackmail the company into handing over cash.

Thirdly the removal of the vegetation that you show is shown on the Google earth map which was last updated around spring last year if I remember right and up to yesterday it hasn't changed since. I do have copies of those maps which are much clearer. You can zoom in really well on the Google Earth app and if done on a PC you can obtain the date of the last update.

The satellite images that are regularly updated are not clear enough to be certain of anything but by also overlaying them onto the Google map you can see roughly if there are any major changes. Good luck and enjoy the app, I can recommend it.
