Like I've said previously, not peeing on chips, just being realistic. As we haven't heard anything recently, at this late stage a slippage looks highly likely and despite you being adamant, I believe most are of similar opinion to me and so if such news comes it will not affect the SP badly as it won't be a shock.

Dai good post on the Aminex board as I replied, it means if HE1 do go back to choosing the Predator, then the two companies won't be competing for the same drill, which would only mean a bidding war.

Unless there is a two year delay, which due to current known positions of all parties is highly unlikely, Aminex will have funds enough to survive until first gas and even if in an extreme worst case scenario would be likely to do a small raise to see them through

Cluff Geothermal’s Predator rig package has been granted a letter of export from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). The letter, dated 27th January 2023 releases the rig package, enabling it to be mobilised to projects inside and outside of the country. Cluff Geothermal is actively pursuing several options for the rig package both in the East Africa region and further afield. The Epiroc Predator P220 drilling rig (1,000 hp, 220,000 lbs pullback capacity) is offered alongside its supporting mud package and extensive spare parts inventory.

It was fully refurbished and checked last year ready for use by HE1 who because of a now resolved third party legal claim against the owners, switched to Xhalo202 which has itself now had its contract extended by Invictus.

As aminex rig situation is unknown can we speculate
1. Is this rig suitable for Aminex?
2. In a neighboring country what time scale could we expect if it were selected
3. Should aex be looking for a more powerful drill

Haggis, I really don't want to knock your positivity and I understand that the facts are; until told otherwise the drill is on for March, but I do feel you should prepare for a slip back, because normally this late in the day an announcement about a rig mobilisation would have been made.
I believe most on here are resigned to it and we would all bar one or two be very happy to be wrong.

I am as eager as everyone to see the drill turning and I'm 100% positive in feeling it will in the near future. While I expect interest to grow over the coming weeks and months, I feel it best not to get over excited about a March spud. I'd love nothing more than to be proved wrong, but I genuinely feel there will be a delay because we haven't heard anything on the mobilization yet. We will see, the pipeline is all go, so no need to worry about that, but an RNS on Monday about rig situation would be nice.

Three times now you've been told the preparation survey work has been done, recruitment is underway with 9 months contracts, reparations are all agreed and about to be paid. Are you just trying to mislead or are you so naive as to believe that all this work would be done without funding or certainty it is going ahead? You have to be one or the other and neither are a good look. TBH, I find your repeated attempts laughable and coincidentally coming just two weeks after I had a debate with Rojo about the meaning of the word 'in' and 'within'. Anyway to those reading, having seen some large sells around the 1.10 mark yesterday I was expecting attempts to discredit this weekend. The traders are back in town, hold tight and don't be fooled into selling now. Opinions mean nothing including mine, but only facts are facts :)

You may or may not be right on the RNS content, most people are expecting a slip, which is probably why it has just been in holding mode. It certainly would be no surprise to me as we have heard nothing yet. As said before, even if they don't drill until September they would still meet target date. As for the pipeline, you might like to read the threads of the last couple of days to see that things are already underway.

Anyway it seems we are up a little on the week, so have a good weekend.
