Indicates to me that the CH1 pad is not in the optimum location. Earlier data had shown that hitting the Jurassic target and appraising the Cretaceous was using fine margins and the 3D has now shown its value in showing it to be not worth the risk.

As the 3D analysis for the final CH1 location decision to be made, is due in a couple if weeks or so, I fully expect that a new drill pad will be constructed over the coming months

Very happy to see first gas moved forward a further another four or five months dispelling the funding fear mongers and further acknowledgment that the pipeline is going to be built as I have stressed many times by October.

What proof do you have of such a statement? I don't doubt these things do happen, but that statement as fact, is a wild claim to make!

As for set back, if they spud in September, they can still have first gas Qtr1 2024 as planned. If any later than that, I would agree they might slip, but the last drill took around six weeks, so I expect CH1 to take somewhere in the region of eight to ten, because they intend to explore the Jurassic level while doing the appraisal of the upper levels.

With plans to drill up to nine wells including CH1B, I thought the following interesting...

In 2011 Zubairs gave a contract to Baker Hughes to drill 60 wells.

In 2018 Schlumberger were contracted to drill another 30 the 14th of which has just been completed.

This company clearly do nothing by halves and they get the best in to do the job

This week we have we have our Wednesday lunchtime piggy friend coming out with the same nonsense, only days after this week the government announced the money has been set aside in the bank and an education program has begun to help the land owners relocate and prosper and here you are again beating the same drum. To keep pretending it is not happening quite frankly is making you and the others look mugs. Is it happening and whether today or tomorrow only matters to the gambling traders, which I have long suspected you to be one. Good news that the rig sharing proposal put forward by HE1 is not with Aminex. Assuming they haven't got the rig already sorted, the last thing they need is to be squabbling over who goes first. I'm expecting some sort of news next week, or should I say hoping for.

You do know the pipeline is going ahead and you do know they wouldn't do that without knowing the drill is going ahead and most importantly that they know there is enough gas to fill it.

From Friday pm, that one was kept well under wraps and now appears unknown after todays close. Judging by the trades at the time it was almost certainly a buy.

If that was revealed at the time, I very much doubt Friday's close would have been where it was as people may have considered it a leak.

The outlook is most definitely favourable for LT investors, as you well know, but it is also favorable in limbo time for the rinse and repeaters until they get caught with their pants down when the action starts. It's all about strategy and the risk they take, but some are more honest than others.
