Lanstead selling will now be a constant drag on the sp and I’m amazed no one put that as a question - maybe they did and Tim for obvious reasons excluded it from the presentation.

IMM imo is going to sink back to 2p between now and September and Lanstead will help save the CEO from being sacked because they now have a minimum 20% share of voting rights . Given the poor % of holders that bothered to vote last time there’ll easily carry the vote to keep Tim in position, and why wouldn’t they? Tim hands them lucrative deals time after time that carry no risk for them. Didn’t matter if the sp drops below 6p. If it does it’s actually IMM that end up with less cash.

No guarantee of that, unless you believe Tim when he said ‘we are confident’ of delivering a deal in 2026. Did you believe him when he said ‘deal by end of 2025’? Or that we have no intention or need to raise further funds and cash will come from deals…’

Think quite a few of us believed him but we all now know better. Your choice of you can forgive him for all the times he s said similar but never actually managed to deliver any kind of deal.

That’s why I’m so angry about all of this. Tim has the gall to tell the market the fundraise is good news for IMM and will create value. He said the delay in a deal was good news for shares holders. None of the news since last September had been good and he and the Directors are becoming increasingly desperate and have now resorted to the lender of last resort again - and they always win!

I’m staggered there are still a few cheer leaders here who can only see positive things coming from all of this. OTM has been right thus far and if you choose to ignore him and follow the rampers you will imho lose even more of your investment.

Tim has blown the p140 deal imo and grabbed at some cash to save his salary, and in the process has dipped share holders by 20%. No risk to Lanstead although if the share price were to rise they would also profit. However, in all but the most recent deal with this lot they’ve sold into any rise in order to avoid handing over extra cash to IMM, and when the patent news last Sept landed they simply accelerated their selling to quash any major increase. Shares holders are shafted by this deal and even worse Lanstead have 70m warrants at 2p. The only way pis could walk away with a significant win is if there was a take over - but then so would Lanstead. Tim has handed the noose to Lanstead but only after having put it around IMM’s neck. This is done.

Yes wigwammer, made the mistake of believing what the CEO said in several interviews. Now he’s just given a new set of promises with the latest drug. It will also come to nought imo.

I personally think Tim went after a deal that tried to go around Avion and that they held their ground. If there is any deal I think it will be with Avion and for a very modest upfront payment. I’m also thinking 20p would be a really good outcome but don’t think that will happen for a good while yet and also not before the sp has dropped back to 2p region. Discussions vs negotiations. That term still hasn't been used so it's feasible there is still no one willing to put their money where their mouth is. Perhaps the latest funding - that definitely wasn't needed or expected - might put them in as stronger position but be in no doubt that this next wonder drug is years off being anyway where near the market or attracting value for share holders.

It was all the same nonsense we’ve had in the past. I thought all three spoke poorly. Sebastien was awful. I got the distinct impression they feel they can just wing it and still bring retail investors round.

The ‘deal’ is now at some point this year. They are ‘confident’ . That’s not a certainty and nor was there any mention of a major global top ten pharma still being at the table so they’ve obvs all withdrawn. And Tim, for once being truthful, said it ‘will take many years’ to get to IMM’s true value. Why is that? Because he’ll continue to go back to his favourite lender of last resort and the sp will be easily manipulated for years until they’ve fed on every last drop of IMM blood. Vampire is too polite a term for them.

I’ll stay away now and wait for the sp to decline until such point I think Lanstead will allow Tim to put out some froth to give the sp a shot in the arm. Timing will be key. Good luck to any who decide to remain and choose to believe what they were told yesterday. Fwiw my opinion is that the deal may happen but it’s going to be very modest and that the latest wonder drug will never make it because there’s already a successful alternative. It’s been used as a ruse to get the £6m from Lanstead in and will support their salaries for the next two or three years. They can now relax and go silent for months on end. Just my opinion but I think that’s going to be it from IMM other than AGM etc. think there may be an update come Sept or Oct when Tim will have to explain why there’s not yet been a deal.

He can say all of that without fear of being held to account because how can anyone disprove what he says? It’s a scam that is premised by the FCA and the z LSE in my opinion. They wanted a bit of hype, they created it. Sadly there wasn’t much to it. Why did they need the sudden interest? I suspect two reasons: firstly a possible placing on its way and thanks to the recent spike it could be forward selling now going on and secondly, this all masks the Klarian issue, the fact they are not going to see that huge chunk of funds back any time soon if ever.

Jackson Labs did indeed verify the data but....the data has not been seen by anyone on this bb that's for sure. Jackson Labs did NOT verify Tim's interpretation of the data ie 'truly groundbreaking' Clearly nor do any of the global top ten pharmas either. And, now being realistic and knowing how Tim's mind works, he may have told us there were discussions going on but that could simply have been 'thank you for emailing us and inviting us to access the data room but on this occasion we will decline'. Tim may have taken that as a 'discussion' and put it in the RNS. He wouldn't have actually been lying I guess that would have been a discussion of sorts.

seriously I think unless he can actually announce something concrete with evidence I fear the sp will drop much further and quite quickly. In the 3s possibly by end of tomorrow and nearer 2p by the end of next week.

But please everyone, keep the faith as this is all actually good news for share holders and the company is in a great place just now. The future looks bright (for me but not for you) and i'm very excited about updating share holders in the near future (never never) on developments.

One thing is for certain: salaries for Tim and his Director pals are now secured for another two years irrespective of whether any value is delivered to share holders in 2026 or not. That's fair isn't it? Course it is.
