It’s AIM and it’s the pits but please that’s just outrageous . AIM will always be a cesspit if MMs can do what ever the like when ever they like .

One of the worst AIM outfits for any kind of pr or news flow. Just nothing for months on end.

Left to slowly decline. Bid down again on really very little. Is it being deliberately walked down? Over the last few weeks the Bid has dropped from 2.2 to 1.7 when there has been almost nothing to choose between buys and sells. Must have been close to even and yet the cap is now down nearly 25% . Why? It’s not as if the mms are trying to create a market as there just isn’t nearly enough volume and without news there never will be.

Wigwams - so you’ve no problem with the CEO now making no reference to any top ten pharmaceutical being involved in discussions, where as before it was a definite major plus in the Nov RNS? Instead you cling to the fact The CSO simply didn’t state any one had walked away as meaning things are as they were back in Nov? Or am I imagining that? That’s some serious ‘faith’ you have there, if so. I guess Tim did tell pis to ‘keep the faith’ and boy have they been rewarded for doing so since… what was it, 20% dilution? Yeah well done Tim. You got them to buy it yet again! How many years can this guy keep this up for? It’s seriously impressive, even by AIM CEO standards.

I can’t imagine the SME sector is having a better time than any other thanks to the Geo political madness going on atm so I wonder if we’ll hear anything before the next Final Results are due in July/August. Would be great if there was another round of Director buys but they already own quite large %s so not really expecting that. It’s new partners or news from KBH, Wright Brothers or Weardale we need to breathe some life into this stock. Still hoping.

Wigwammer - Tim chose to refer specifically to top ten pharmas in an RNS back in Nov. Why now, in a presentation held just for investors, would he choose to remove that reference? Erm.. let me think. No, you’ll paint it in a positive way I’m sure and try to get everyone cheering on when I believe they’ve got nothing to cheer about, other than another 20% dilution. That’s the end result after all the exciting since Sept. Once the sp has dropped back we won’t even be able to say at least we’re up since last autumn. With the dilution Tim will have delivered nothing but a decrease in share value. Bravo Tim my lad. Take a bow. The man cannot be trusted to tell the truth or be clear with retail shares holders. It’s a case of smoke and mirrors and the proof will I think be horribly evident come the autumn when Tim will begin to start lining up his excuses and attempt to deflect attention on to the new wonder drug that no one was remotely interested in before Lanstead ‘approached’ Tim offering money (dilution)

The investor meet presentation was IT! You won’t hear anything now for a while is my guess and Tim has the salaries all covered so he can silent until about Oct on any deal. I think by then people will be desperate for an update and at tha point he can just say it’s been a very difficult year and we’ve done all we can and worked incredibly hard but in the interests of our share holders we decided none of the discussions were a good fit (so actually we’ve done really well for you) and so we will look for funding to go it alone on P140. Obvs total guess but given no major pharma are still in talks and the can has been well and truly kicked to the end of 2026 I think there’s still no deal in sight.

Share price by then will be back to 2p or below. Tim still happy. Landstead still happy. Share holders still unhappy but wigwammer and co will still be here cheerleading. Tim has done the dirty on share holders here and in my view lied back in September. ‘Share holders can expect a deal or deals by the end of this year but could happen at any moment’ or words to that effect. He should not have said that unless there was categorically specific interest from someone. And if he could prove there was, the what the hell did he do to have them run away? It’s all a masquerade but IMM is now safe for another year or two and so is Tim’s salary. We can all breathe easy now

Bid down to .24 already. Klarian default news coming probably tomorrow but don’t worry that just means the sum they’ll owe is even bigger, until the next extension etc

What, another fund raise already? lol. Just gotta be patient now and wait for a sustained drop and try and time it right if you believe there could be a deal. It’s gone from end of 2025 to 2026 in the New Year just to 2026 now. Think it’s dawning on many there’s going to be no deal and in a few months ‘our main focus is our new exciting drug that’s only two years away from major trials being conducted’ lol

Hmmm seems like you agree with me in that we can’t actually see fo certain that Weardale is fully funded but more pertinent to MAC share holders, we have to hope Weardale don’t comeback to MAC directors and ask for another wedge, the alternative being that no extra cash offered will dilute the 8% it currently holds.

Anyway, for now silence is ongoing on every front. I’m hopeful that MAC directors holding a large number of shares means they’re aligned with the handful of retail investors who have stayed on board.

Have you offered to compensate anyone who bought in 0 days ago when the sp was at .4p and you and others were posting statements such as ‘this is just the beginning?’ No, of course you haven’t. I went expect you to. This is a bb and I’m just negative on CTaI’s current status having spent so much of its limited cash pot on such a speculative company as Alludium and also thrown away nearly a quarter of a million quid on Klarian with no guarantees. How stupid was that of the Directors? Why, why, why would they do that?

As for CTAI being in a ‘better position’ that’s hilarious & totally subjective opinion. Not fact! They’ve just spent another quarter of a million quid on a highly speculative AI outfit that has announced paying customers - no indication if it’s three or four paying customers£20 each per month or more but if it was a healthy figure they would have stated it. They didn’t. And the Klarian money imho has gone and will never be repaid. ‘Better position’? What planet are you on? It’s more risky now than ever and that’s why the sp is descending back to .2p again. Wait for that and then see what happens on confirmation of another extension for Klarian. I reckon this could be worth a punt at .1p but for now it’s built on sand and that presentation was rubbish. The cdnt even bs well!

Arthur, out who ever you really are, just watch the next couple of weeks. The large number of delayed trades will increase further and the sp is already on the side. Just don’t understand how anyone can have swallowed all this garbage and notes be excited about a new drug that has hitherto remained totally out of focus and was clearly just a smoke screen to guarantee some funds for salaries. It is just yet another of Tim’s great hopes that will ‘create value for share holders’ but in reality do nothing. Just watch this space.

Agreed. About 25yrs should do the trick. The Lanstead deal has put the skids under any sp rise for at least a year or two. You have to question why Landstead would want to do this presumably knowing Tim doesn’t have a deal lined up. They won’t want to pay the full £6m or anything like it, so will sell their 100m as quickly as possible while the sp is well below the issue price. Just means they pay less. They have their 70m warrants at 2p in the unlikely event of a deal that sees the sp hit 10p. Then they are really quids in. I suspect this latest funding is to protect those warrants. No deal and running out of cash in Oct with an ever decreasing share price would mean those warrants could be worthless. This way they can control the sp and drop the minimum amount of funds into IMM just enough to guarantee they don’t go under and hopefully Tim can get some kind of deal over the line so they can exercise the 70m and profit from those as and when.

Don’t think we’ll have to wait long or try too hard. Once it becomes clear Klarian can’t repay and CTAI is almost out of cash having paid another £250k into the Alludium piggy bank I think many will jump ship and remain in the sidelines until there’s some concrete news that’s positive.

Presumably the next extension for Klarian will be announced in the next week, hence the investor meet presentation by Klarian in early April. IMO they’re in trouble and can’t repay their loan but have been told to come up with something positive to reassure CTAI shareholders. Alludium requiring more and more funding should be sounding alarm bells too when they’ve announced the first paying customer but without any figures of any kind. Tough times coming here me thinks
