Simple truth is Tim said no placings or fund raises as cash would come from deals. No deal and a big fat placing with the dreaded Lanstead. Just means more months of games from the iis. What a way to treat ordinary share holders. This CEO is a prime AIM rat. Can’t believe anything he even writes in an RNS regarding the future. And any mention of top ten global pharmas all disappeared now. OTM was right all along.

If MAC receive anything really positive which could be deemed as market sensitive ie have an impact on the share price then MAC directors are duty bound by LSE rules to RNS it aren’t they? Don’t think they’re allowed to simply hold onto any news that is significant. Therefore I suspect there just hasn’t been any news and have no idea what MAC’s next news might entail. Possibly they are simply speculating by buying more %s of small micro caps in the hope something sticks. We just don’t know. Nothing to do but wait and see

Correct. They can’t. Marla has had ample opportunity to find funding when sentiment and mcap was in a much better state. Instead she elected to draw her generous salary and allow value to drain out of the company. She of course will be fine and a deal done that sees her walk away with pockets full of cash. Share holders? Zip. Just my opinion that it’s all been arranged already what’s going to happen.

Personally think NL may move to snap Weardale up for a song as they’re the ones who have managed to attract funding and have got the ball rolling. Hopefully that would still result in lths here doing well. Certainly hope so as it’s been a long long haul thus far with precious little to celebrate.

If Tim Mcnodeals announces further delay or going it alone with Avion and all that entails with regard to funding then IMM sp will quickly fall back to 1.5p and as well as waving goodbye to any profit you bid the CEO a find farewell as he scurries off into his extremely well funded retirement (courtesy of your money) and leaving IMM still with a mountain to climb to deliver a success story. IMO that’s all just as likely as a major pharma handing over a couple of hundred million quid in a licensing deal and seeing the sp shoot up to 30p+. It’s a 50/50 call. And into the mix you can put Tim’s track record for empty promises and non-achievements both here and at INC. it’s just the way he works. Can he finally pull something off? We’ll find out sooner or later but to state categorically that IMM is undervalued is wrong. That’s just your opinion.

Just have to disagree Wigwam. Avion’s hold over rights in the US definitely does NOT put IMM in ‘a stronger position’ imo.

I do now, thanks. However, that doesn’t change the fact they're out of money in about 3 weeks time with no contracts. That’s it unless they can raise a significant amount of money in the next week or so. If nothing by next Friday then it seems Marla is happy for this to go under. As I say, I think she’s had a plan to take this private all along. Even if there is a placing it’s going to be at a brutal discount because TRLS is in such a distressed position financially. Why has she left funding until the sp is at its lowest point for ages?

Not a chance. This is going under by the looks of it. Having let the opportunity to raise funds pass her by last year Marla can’t possibly raise now at these hilariously low prices. What would she get? She needs about £2m for 6 months funding so that would have to be at a huge discount. I was joking when I recently said a raise at .1p but it actually looks like that’s her only option. I suspect it’s being driven to admin deliberately and will then be bought for peanuts and taken private and then her presto contracts will start to land.

What on earth is Marla doing? The shutters come down in about 3 weeks time. Is she going to try take this private or maybe already struck a deal with J and J to buy it once it goes into admin and then hire her back as a senior exec? She must be doing something surely?

He was also given an excruciatingly embarrassing dressing down by INC shares holders who made their feelings clear on how often they had been fed overly positive hype only to see nothing achieved time after time for years. Yet again hamila you’ve just conveniently completely forgotten, or chosen to ignore, the Avion issue. They own the rights to P140 in the US which is the most lucrative single market for any pharma. They won’t hand those rights over for peanuts just because Timmy Chuckles asks them nicely. They will play hard ball and tbh if P 140 is all it’s cracked up to be, surely they themselves would find it far easier to find a funding partner to conduct a phase 3 trial and hold on to the potential revenue for the US market for the next 20yrs. My gut says they are a stumbling block but that’s pure conjecture on my part. No one knows for sure what’s happening or likely to be the outcome. No one. Lisa’s email for me gives absolutely nothing away & rightly so. All any of us can do is wait and hope they at least have something with which to reward those who Tim said ‘keep the faith’!
